Night-wing and Barbara gordon really look bad for abandoning him at his lowest. I usually like Night-wing but his character in this is...disappointing.

About Nightwing - maybe because Jason killed people before he went onto Joker? Though in comics he's okay with him and knows he killed people before and even helped him and the outlaws. Barbara? Maybe same reason? Dunno and don't care really. I don't like her in majority of things she's at. They always act like she's so smart and then write her either dumb or hypocritical. Or both.
I hope they do one of these for Killing Joke. Keep the plot of the movie the same in real time, but it gives you different versions of the Joker’s backstory. I mean Joker says it himself, if he’s going to have a past it should be multiple choice.
I honestly feel like Barbara and Dick might’ve been acting out of character here to not even hear Jason out on what really happened to him when he did everything bad that he didn’t even realize he had done.
The only way to beat Joker and have a happy ending at the same time is to stop reading Batman comics. DC will always keep Joker alive, or else spark some sort of horrid drama from his death. Joker is a fictional character who exists in the minds of the readers alone, stop reading their comics and he will either cease to exist or be written out of continuity by DC. There are no happy endings in the Batman universe. Ever. I'm glad I stuck around with the series long enough to see the Arkham games, but enough is enough. I'm so sick and tired of reading about a villain who wins no matter what the heroes do.
There is the DCAU Batman/Justice League Unlimited/Batman Beyond continuity. Even though no Jason, Terry truly defeats the Joker once and for all, saves Tim drake, and allows Bruce to pass on the mantle in peace. He also becomes a good family. He carried on his legacy and surpassed Bruce, which is always the greatest thing an apprentice and son can do for the teacher and father.
@@Darthzilla99 Doesn't that happen after Batman and Joker went through the capture-breakout cycle for several years? I like the kill joker route more. I'm sorry but I have the mind that batman has the same exact blood on his hands that joker has. I know joker lives cause merchandise but if someone like him were around he should be shot dead and not just taking to a nut house that he keeps on escaping and killing more innocent people.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Jason just stab him in the eye with a butter knife??? I know its just a movie and anything goes, but this is a movie that has just enough reality to imply that these people have similar anatomy to our own. If you watch that scene, that knife (that blunt, point-less, butter knife) didn't go very far into Joker's eye, and he kind of just bled out for a while until he "died". The eye is not a fatal organ, nor did he bleed out that much for him to have died. Its almost implied that Jason dug it in until it stabbed his brain, but the knife only went in a few inches. Joker suffered a similar injury in Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Return where Batman hits him in the eye with a baterang, and he just goes about on a killing spree like if it was nothing. TL;DR Jason couldn't have killed him. He didn't hit him hard enough for it to be fatal.
"In spite of everything you have done for them, eventually, they will hate you." -Green Goblin(Wlliem DaFoe) from Spider-Man 2002 Or in this case "They need you right now but when they don't, they'll cast you out like a Leper." -Joker(Heath Ledger) from Dark Knight 2008
This option really made no sense because when Jason Todd became the Red Robin and Red Hood; Barbara, Bruce, and Dick quickly and easily forgave Jason for his past killings the drug dealers and other villains. This should be no different.
What makes no sense is why Jason is the bad guy to the bat family and why they are trying to catch him. They are vigilantes so they deal justice based on their own moral code without the law. So how come when Jason wants to deal out justice on his moral standards it’s suddenly bad? Yeah it doesn’t fit with the bat familys code but who are they to judge if they’re doing the same thing but with the government. Kinda hypocritical if you ask me
This interactive movie has so many crappy plot points. Like really barb is mad at jason for trying to kill joker, if anything she'd be relieved he didn't go through with it
Perhaps the movie may have been better, if the writers had used time travel or that the options were parallel universes with multiple outcomes. Hereby expanding the DC animation universe by bringing more amazing characters.
In the no joker movie u can understand. With the classism, being a social outcast, and. Inability to mental health treatment due to America capitalism. In regards to this movie The Joker sent to arthy cuz of his mental illness however. You see how long these villains are created by the traumas and the feeling of being. Feeling discriminated against class wise a lot of corruption that the city is fed by. At the same time some of this is probably exaggerated just so you can make more cool stories
In full honesty considering what Joker did to Jason as a child. There is no way I can condom him for wanting to kill Joker. The Joker if he was real, would have been put to death by the Feds or a swat team.
What messes me up is like i know jason went on a killing spree (without him knowing he was doing it.) Dick and especially barbara turn their backs on him and dont help him. But if he does kill the joker barbara is STILL MAD AT HIM. Like wtf he just killed somebody that hurt him, you, and sooooo many others why are you sad?
Theres a comic and it shows the actions of 1 kid who wore the mask as clown hunter. His goal is to kill the joker. Batman tried to stop him and asked him to get help.
Just a thought: What's Batman's number 1 rule? The answer is why they're mad. Whether he killed Joker or not...the guy was on a killing spree. Also: Maybe that's why Barbara and Dick were upset that Joker died in the other option. They weren't upset that he died but because Jason killed.
I want to see a story where a random citizen seizes the opportunity and kills the Joker at the beginning. No dramatic climax or build up. Then the story is about the citizens of Gotham revolting and taking power back into their hands, hunting down Batman's rogue's gallery one by one. The main conflict of the story would be how Batman's internal struggle handling the situation. Does he sit back and let the people dish out justice, or does he try to save the criminals he has been chasing for years because he still has hope that they can be cured?
How the heck did you guys get options we rented the movie and all it showed were clips of under the read hood and clips of low tiered superhero’s like Adam strange
Did anyone else feel that the animation was just okay? To me it seemed like they took the easy way out by animating stills putting a shadowy filter over it then narrating what happened.. I just feel like they really could’ve done so much more with this concept.

He did exactly what Bruce would've wanted him to do, to not kill the Joker and seek revenge. Yes Jason killed others, but he needs his family, support and positivity. He doesn't need to be betrayed by them, Barbara should've been there since Joker was the one who put her in the wheelchair. Dick should've been more understanding and sympathetic towards Jason. What about Alfred? Where's Alfred in this!? Gordon looked torn when he saw the Joker still alive so why would he go after Jason? There's no need to pursue or him hunt down
Jason promised not to kill the joker. He never promised that we wouldn’t kill other criminals.
He STILL LETS THE JOKER LIVE AND SHES STILL MA- Barbara be getting on my nerves highkey
I'm genuinely confused why some people like her so much. I dislike her in majority of things she's at and if not I just don't care because of how boring her character is.
Edit: I've seen people celebrate her for "feminist/badass women" reasons, but I'm a woman and she just annoys me lol. If anything Cain is stronger and more likeable. I don't want her 'celebrated', but used or at least shown in stuff like this more.
Jason LITERALLY KILLED A WHOLE GANG BEFORE THIS
How do you expect her to not be mad
The crime dropped after he did that dude😂and don’t forget HE DIED😂nobody should be saying shit
@@JustAChinesePleb Batgirl and Nightwing still believe in what Bruce stood for.
@@JustAChinesePleb I find Barbara tolerable for the most part. Don't know what the other Batgirls are like considering that Barbara hogs the spotlight in the non-comic adaptations.
i never understood this, if they got all those bad guys in jail, why doesn’t the city execute them
corrupted system of gotham i guess😕
Because they are mentally ill murderers that are just put in rehabilitation asylums like Joker, scarecrow, two face, death stroke, ivy, riddler, etc
That and gotham is in new jersey and they don't have a death sentence there
when you realise bruce sees himself in Jason the most so he tries so hard to save him from himself. the feels. he sees how Jason desperately needs help especially in his darkest moments. Night-wing and Barbara gordon really look bad for abandoning him at his lowest. I usually like Night-wing but his character in this is...disappointing.
Jesus can he ever be happy??
Nope.
Man this is a harsh ending for him choosing to spare the craziest person of all with joker.Especially after what he did to Bruce and everyone doesnt even acknowledge that difficult obstacle he overcame? And to see that he still had hope in Batmans ways still even after everything. That they still wouldnt give him the time of day and see that there is still hope for him?Thats how bad people are made by bastardizing them like that.Bruce would have been ashamed of them.
IAM REALLY CONFUSED 😅 NOW THIS MOVIE SCENES ARE KEEP CHANGING. FULL OF OPTIONS.
This movie has multiple paths and endings
@@DavidGraham221 how can u choose the options
It's like life is all one big...joke. HAHAHAHA! 😀
Its a choose your own adventure style movie
@H.M Vader I went to my local Walmart to grab the Blu-ray but they didn't even have it in stock yesterday
It’s kinda messed up since, in the other option, when he does kill the joker and continue killing, they take him back. This time around, they decide not to. Idk who made these options, but they REALLY must’ve hated that character
No matter what the situation is, the joker is insane, he finds a way to get under your skin, joker always wins.
I can’t believe that Barbara and Dick turned there backs on Jason like that.
Now this is just even sadder he has no where/ one to turn to after all this crimes (im guessing cause I haven’t watched the movie ) and I know he’s had to done some type of crime since he did in the original one but Jeez
I love Barbara's design. It's the same we saw in THE KILLING JOKE (2016) movie.
Jason: finishes off joker and several criminals
Batfamily: You did wrong but we still love you
Jason: doesn't finish joker and tries redeeming himself (batman would've approved)
Batfamily: so you've chosen death
I feel like Joker's rhyme would've been better if it went more like "Little boy wonder sat on a wall. Little boy wonder had a great fall. All the Batman's gadgets, and all the commissioner's men. Couldn't put Robin together again."
Anyone else confused about the rest of the bat family that why they hate Jason even if he killed joker?
About Nightwing - maybe because Jason killed people before he went onto Joker? Though in comics he's okay with him and knows he killed people before and even helped him and the outlaws.
Barbara? Maybe same reason? Dunno and don't care really. I don't like her in majority of things she's at. They always act like she's so smart and then write her either dumb or hypocritical.
Or both.
@@JustAChinesePleb like that one at Barbara was wasn't smart to check first before opening the door. Lol

I thought batman would've been proud of jason not killing joker, killing isnt the way
I hope they do one of these for Killing Joke.
Your an idiot, Batman is entertainment, the point of Joker is supposed to be pure evil.
Cringe but ok lol
There is the DCAU Batman/Justice League Unlimited/Batman Beyond continuity. Even though no Jason, Terry truly defeats the Joker once and for all, saves Tim drake, and allows Bruce to pass on the mantle in peace. He also becomes a good family. He carried on his legacy and surpassed Bruce, which is always the greatest thing an apprentice and son can do for the teacher and father.
@@Darthzilla99 Doesn't that happen after Batman and Joker went through the capture-breakout cycle for several years? If that universe is set in the Batman animated universe than Joker already got away with a lot of killing before meeting his eventual end.
Batman should've killed Joker after his third breakout. Its a good compromise between never killing and always killing.
@@jacobe3051 Honestly the only thing cringe so far is your reply.
Why did Dick try to arrest him?! Wtf, you think out of everyone he would've understood.
Joker's little lullaby was so sad.
The Good: Jason did the promise from Batman he will never kill Joker
The Bad: Everyone in the bat family turned against him
The Ugly: You died of a hero or live as long as a villain.
So basically this ending was pointless.
0:24 ....Do all these characters disregard the logic of wanting to permanently stop a mass murderer who tortured you for almost two years or what's up?!
That's totally a different universe you dumbass. Do your fucking research kiddo

In the End Joker Won
Whether he shot or not, Joker won. That’s always the worst part.
The Joker sadly always wins. Even in death. Don't believe me ? Play the Injustice games
Eh, since Batman is dead by the end, at least he'll most likely just retreat into doing nothing and doesn't cause any more trouble.

0:10 I wonder if this is a reference to how Jason was caught in the Arkhamverse. Jason made his way down a laundry chute that Joker had put a net in the bottom on and was also singing Humpty Dumpty
This is a unique movie, it includes all the 'What if' scenarios which several youtubers keeps on making
this reminds in the 90s when the movie was released as an special episode and fans phone calls ☎️ change Jason’s fate to get killed by the Joker 🃏.
Can we just fully appreciate how well John DiMaggio plays the joker? Honestly he and Mark Hamill are the top 2 in my book
**BAD END**
bad end implies that there is a good end.....if he kills joker then he is also shunned lol
Barbara Gordon looks like Tulip from Infinity train here
I like the kill joker route more. I'm sorry but I have the mind that batman has the same exact blood on his hands that joker has. I know joker lives cause merchandise but if someone like him were around he should be shot dead and not just taking to a nut house that he keeps on escaping and killing more innocent people.
why is it on batman's hands and not the government's where in the superhero handbook did it say you have to kill people
Remind me why Jason gets betrayed by the Batfamily by not killing the Joker because he killed Bruce?
He doesn't kill joker, Jim is sad
He does kill the Joker and BARB AND AND JIM ARE ALSO SAD CAUSE HE DID IT ?! c'mon
This timeline of a Gotham following Bruce’s death would have so much potential as a feature length movie.
This is why I like the Punisher

Same with Rorschach.
Huh wtf?
For a moment there, I thought Joker sounded like Mark Hamill
humpty dumpty sat on the wall that what joker was singing to jason in arkhamverse when he caught him and beat him for the first time in arkham asylum
As Joker once said "this town needs an enema!"
"In spite of everything you have done for them, eventually, they will hate you." -Green Goblin(Wlliem DaFoe) from Spider-Man 2002
Or in this case
"They need you right now but when they don't, they'll cast you out like a Leper."
-Joker(Heath Ledger)
from Dark Knight 2008

Why is everybody so sorry for the Joker who is a murderous Clown like he is a good guy. Plus Jason really needs help to recover fully.

The Joker if he was real, would have been put to death by the Feds or a swat team.
talk about "being forced into villany", as In even if Jason tries to be good, he can't

It looks like all of these are future outcomes of Jason's decisions after batman's death. Some are good, some are bad.

The fact that this ending is *worse* than killing the Joker is outright insanity to me.
That’s why omiman took care of the weak
