    I have to say that you’re one of the best teachers for sewing bags. I find that you explain each and every step. I’ve found myself pushing myself out of my comfort zone after watching your tutorials as I have the confidence to do it.

    I love how you discuss fabric choices and what end result and challenges to expect with each. I am a little intimidated by this pattern but knowing which fabric choices to make will lessen my anxiety. I bought the pattern so I am determined to make it. Having your video and going slow will lead to a greater possibility of success for me. Thank you so much!

    Great bag! One recommendation: use a weaver’s knot versus three half-squares. Tie your threads Right over Left then Left over Right (or the other way), gently snugging. This will never come loose. It prevents that extra step and subsequent bulk, plus there’ll be no need to dab a bit of glue on this knot. Yes, it’s minuscule in terms of a single use; if you’re production sewing, it all adds up.

    You really are so right. Once I started using the WPC for the lining and bias tape I was like omg this is what everyone meant🤩 it’s legit so easy and makes binding fun

    Does ANYONE know how to tell the difference between the right side and the outside of the WPC from Wonderground? Usually with WPC one side has that slick side that’s the wrong side but I just got some WPC from Wonderground Fabrics and it’s a lot lighter then Otterex WPC and it’s SO hard to tell the difference. Both sides look and feel the same to me 😆 (and I double checked my order and it is WPC). Thank you SO much ☺️ for any help.

    • @amandalisbony953
      @amandalisbony953 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      On this one, she uses a Bernina, but I think it’s a really beefy Bernina. I’ve noticed she sews a lot of things on this machine that would tear up a typical domestic machine.
      I have also seen her use a Juki TL 2010, which is a semi-industrial.
