I think you need to give the reximex pretensis another reveiw, it was abit rushed lol. It seems alot of the turkish branded guns seem to be pushing the mark on qaulity over the others which are twice the price
It would be helpful to fire off a few shots into the bushes as it's quite difficult to judge the gun noise with the impact following a split second later. Thanks, great review as usual.👍
While I am not a fan of the stock, I really love my Snowpeak/Artemis M25 because it is so damn silent. The action makes almost no noise and the silencer makes it super quiet. (I am Swiss, so I own the full power 40J Version) That stock of this Gun from the Video tough ❤
I'm not normally a fan of bottle guns, but somehow, this one, even with the large bottle seems to have nice proportions. Maybe it's the barrel shroud balancing it out,..... anyway, oddly, I like it.
So basically it’s too heavy, too long, too loud, unacceptable action noise, not particularly well finished, not that accurate and not especially cheap.. sounds a belter 👍
Nice but being heavy may be an issue for field use. "Ping" from the mechanics could also be a problem with vermin. The dovetail adds to the traditional look. In all, the budget rifle market has a lot of contenders.
Good morning, i owned one for 24hr as other than poor finish the bottle angled up to interfere with the shroud. They need some proper quality control imo. Appreciate your work Andy.
Better guns out there for that money Back to the t rex bullpup I think I owe you an apology I made a quip about it being a pr900 Ive since seen one with the stock off and sorry to say it looks very much like the pr900 Sorry Andy Still my go to revuer 👍👍
Great review, as always. I'm loving the Turkish budget guns at the moment, not always the best finished but the shooting makes up for it. But why oh why have you not reviewed the ATA Airborne yet. I have been so impressed with mine and I challenge you to find a better rifle for the money.
Thanks for the review! Would be nice to see the higher power version's performance / accuracy. Sounds like the hammer spring is set for much more powerful setup.
I agree, I have an ATA Airbourne in .177. Great gun. The stock is finished well, comes with a moderator and it is regulated. Same huge air bottle. I fitted a cheap bipod and use jsb exact 8.44 grain pellets. Really accurate. Andy, please do a review of it.
@keithbutler2437 yea mine really likes the monsters and the beasts from jsb .. you should try them also the gamo cheapo nasty ones do ok out to 25m not a match pellet but for less than a fiver a tin .. what ammo are you using
I loved the trigger guard design, but there were other things about that rifle that concerned me for the money tbf. Like having to finish the woodwork off yourself with some wet and dry and that nick out of the cheek riser. The butt pad wasn't adjustable either. The barrel shroud should act as a sound moderator imo if you're going to include one. Especially if you know your rifle is a little barky too...? I'd be curious to see it in a polymer version for all those fieldwork users out there, hopefully it will bring the weight down. Under 11ft/lbs is a little light for some pest work also I think, maybe the manufacturer can tweak it and include a regulator for better shot control and fill longevity? Maybe this was why you had the odd pellet out of group as the air could have been a little high of a little low in output? I'd love to see a pellet test, but maybe wash them first before testing? It will help get rid of any bits that may affect the BC of them.? That's one thing you don't see on pellet tins... What their Ballistic Coefficiency is, so you know how they'll perform over distance and how much drop or how much they're effected by windage?
Morning Andy , full English this morning . Enjoyed the balanced and well presented review and personally thought the rifle performed quite well for a .22 . OK the finish needs some attention paying to it through Quality Control at the factory but all in all a nice product . If I wasn't a Kral addict I'd be on one like a tramp on chips ! Liked the comment about your channel becoming the Top Gear of the gun world. Its correct. Loved the link between love Island and filling nipples , just saying 😂 Dave
I'd gladly have one of these. Looks good imo. I really liked that it had not an integrated moderator in that shroud. I'd probably though sand the stock and give a grey fininsh instead of brown - just to be a bit more in my liking. The rifle has a pretty good sized airtank also. I'd probably be up for a trigger job though to lighten and smoothen it up.. Way nice to give it a second chance. Dunno how many shots using the Dead Center pellets thru the barrel before the first accuracy test - but the latter test seemingly had gotten a bit more used to the pellets for the test. Great work Andy and crew! Thank you so very much once again for a splendid review!!😊👍🏻👍🏻 PS. So many Turkish brand PCPs nowadays.. Dunno if older manufacturers get themselves new machinery for new design upgrades, and then they just sell out their old equipment to people who wull become manufacturers to a new brand on the marjet....but it surely looks that way. So many new airguns just basically seem so alike all other models already made..😂 Would not be a bad thing though imo. I really do not mind what the brand says, if it just performs well enough for the money..
It’s really quite strange how I thank “Vector Air” at the end of each video and put a link to them in the drop down and still I get asked where can one be bought?🤦♂️
I don’t film things being shot, that’s not something you’re going to see on this channel. the accuracy and portability of the gun is always discussed, which should help you make your mind up if it is suitable for your needs. Stay safe, Andy
I own this gun. It certainly is too heavy. It also isn’t powerful enough for what I do. I have a silencer and it is sooooo long. Wish I saw this when I purchased a year ago.
@@AAROnair i know but im into air rifles and Pistols as well as airsoft as well and it would be interesting to see the bang per £ you get compared to air rifles and Pistols

Agreed. But I think part of it is because of the air tanks on the guns. They're bulky, so the barrels get beefed up to try balancing the looks. Picture this same gun with a skinny uncovered barrel.... it would look "weird"(er). It's not a bad looking stock, but I think that wooden trigger guard is a weak point, probably the first thing that will break if it suffers a hard hit. 🤔 Pete 🇨🇦
You know if that was released in the 1980s it would have blown everything out of the water now it's just a cheap alternative. I know thats progress but just saying.
Hammer spring noise is awful makes ANY moderator pointless. I hate the glossy bottle which throws the color themes off when everything else is matte black. Groups like your shooting in high wind for a calm day. That wood finish looks like it came from Hatsan. Gun itself looks like it was made with parts from lesser guns from China.
We sold one of these in the shop a couple of months ago fantastic rifle for the money. The customer is very very happy with it.

The crown of that barrel is massively off centre 1:35 which most likely accounts for its less than stellar accuracy.

Nice review, but that gun isn't for me. The trigger guard might be nicely done but it's going to get knocked, cracked, and ruin the whole stock.
