Thank you. I’m thinking of doing this for the first time , myself. Had it done last year by a “professional “ and there’s no way they did all of this , in the amount of time they did it in .
Good video. I've been dipping the new filter into the old oil then installing. Guess I have to break out the new a bit sooner. Sounds like you have a bit of that flu going around Jim. Take care.
Yeah the gasket ring thing from the old filter was still on when I took it off. Took 2 hours to clean the oil off the floor and had to call my dad to pick me up to grab some more oil.
I have a question what kind of transmission fluid should i use for my 2015 2.5 s altima and when i flush do i have too put in a new transmission filter ?
I cannot see the oil filter under my car. It is hidden and this and all of the other videos on changing the oil that I have seen do not clearly show where the cover is or how to remove it to see and remove the oil filter. Therefore I rate this video as average incomplete information.
Probably one of the best oil change videos I have ever seen. Very professional and thorough. Thank you sir.
People don’t realize that there are all kinds of contaminants in used oil, good tip on the gloves. Great video as always Jim.
Your right you don't know what is in that oil but one thing is for sure it is no good for us.Thank for watching.I hope your doing OK
I didn’t realize how simple and easy it is to change a filter and oil. Definitely saved me a few bucks. Thanks for the video.

I would like to know who and why someone would give jim a thumbs down . it was a perfect oil change video
JOE FORD DIY
Thank you Joe. I hope you you are doing well. I owe you a beer .
Why --maybe because Jim just let the oil run all over & inside the sub-frame when removing the filter

Good job and easy explanation, thanks!

You always put as much (New)oil into the new filter as you can & still install it without it running out.
Nice and tidy work Jim.
Nothing tidy about letting oil run all over & into your sub frame, when you can make up something
to catch it & direct it into your drain.

why can't you removed the oil filter with your hand ?
I really enjoy your videos but can we get something a little more exciting or challenging? Do any of your customers have 350Zs or Boxsters? 🤞🏻🤞🏻😊
What type of oil filter is the best for that altima 2014?
yall hear him fart
What does SAE mean
Damnn that fart at 5:14😂😂😂😷😷
Why does google say use 5w30 oil for that car
I would recommend that you look in the owner manual or on the top of the oil cap. Sometimes the info on line is not correct.
@@jimthecarguy yeah I couldn’t figure it out so just paid someone that knows what they are doing to do it 🤷🏼♀️
At 5:13 in the video you have to change ur underwear...😂
