1/ Do I need to have LIQUID CASH available in the bank six months prior to applying?
2/ Would FIXED DEPOSITS work as a sign of funds available?
3/ Would a student loan for the entire amount of education and stay be enough to apply for visa?

1. If you can show 6 months statement then it is good. Otherwise just attach the balance certificate. These are additional funds which are not mandatory.
2. Yes FD, PPF, MF.. attach all in Liquid capacity.
3. If you have a loan then attach this document as well and it also shows your liquid capacity for next year.

ITR fill krado 7-9 lakh dii. Ca report , gold de certificate bnvalo 6-7 lakh de . BTW you don't have to show financial under SDS.
Arashdeep has given the solution that is practical. You can do it for your family members.
It is true that in SDS, it is not mandatory to show financial capacity but it shows your level of establishment and capacity as well.
But don't show if you have poor financial capacity.

The system currently asks all applicants to provide a proof of funds document. If you don't need to provide proof of funds, you must upload a letter explaining either that you have been invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class, or that you have a valid job offer.

This was specifically for Study Visa but relevant for all applicants. If you need to show longterm funds then submit that statement or set of statements. Also, funds in any country and any number of accounts are also accepted.

You can't pay GIC more than 20000 and it is more than enough. For fee, you you can pay for 2 years if you want and can afford.

I might not have any saving left after paying fee for the course. I will take some loan for 7 lakh ruppess and will pay while 2 year fee, if it is possible. If that is possible to pay whole course fees then also we require this document?
My situation, I am having almost 8 years of experience in IT. Done my grad in 2013 with 80 % in time. My express entry profile is still in pool. Right now, having GT Ielts score which will expire this December. At the moment I have to take loan but if I continue doing job I will repay all the loan in 7 months. So after paying fee do I still need this document?
Not required to show any capacity in that case and also it is not a mandatory document so relax. Don't take stress of it. Students get visa without this as well. I attach it to increase creditability a bit more.
Also, you can avoid paying 2 years fee.

Sarabjeet, it is not a mandatory document and also you can show a loan approval as a financial support document as well.
Overall, you need to present your case well as you are not a recent passout and a good SoP and careful selection of program is needed to get Visa.

Nothing like that.. but if showing good financial capacity improves your visa chances then it is better to show.. if you don't have anything except Fee and GIC, still students get visa... but there are cases where students have good financial capacity still they don't show anything in the visa application...
If you have then why not to show... Students get ready to show everything after 1 refusal, then why not for 1st application as well?

This for the Financial Capacity beyond Fee and GIC of 1st year. If you have loan for 2nd year then that can be attached as well. If you have more, then show it, especially Fixed Assets.

I will pay 1 yr fee .. gic... above 70% in graduation... above 80% in 12... 8 CGPA in 10th ... once I already got tourist visa rejection during covid situation and they gave the reason is that we do not have sufficient fund so I don't came back in india . So my ques is that is this rejection affects now in my student visa
