Easy to say when you are in STEM category. Reality is different for students enrolling for Global Business Management/Hospitality. Most of students enrol in these courses just for the entering Canada then they complain about jobs, while having chips and netflix.

If you are planning to move abroad and specifically to Canada do learn some skills and then only plan to move. Otherwise you will be stuck in minimum wage jobs.

Everyone gives this advice no matter whatever skills you learn you need canadian certification to get a job. 😂
I did my masters in India, spend 5 years in industry. Came to Canada for PhD and within 6 months I got a part-time job with the company of my interest. Got paid 100 CAD/hour as a part time engineer. At the end of the day, please came with some demanding skill otherwise this is not the country for you anymore.

Canadians are raised to not hate and to embrace diversity (including being taught this in all daycares/schools). People need to look at all sides.
India has a 29% unemployment rate amongst it's own graduates. One of the big reasons why young people are leaving India in droves. Plus less than 50% of the 950 million working-age population in India is employed (compared to over 70% in other emerging markets). Amongst the Indian working group, many are self-employed and contain “unpaid helpers in family enterprises”. India has one of the highest emigration rates in the world. As many zero in on education as a way to gain access to a western country?
Did international students/families pay into Canadian taxes all their lives like domestic students have (earning cheaper tuition fees)? No. Plus Canada did NOT tell international students/parents to spend/risk their life savings on a "Canadian dream". Canada did NOT tell international students to borrow money. Canada did NOT promise international students work. Canada did NOT promise international students PERMANENT RESIDENCY.
Meanwhile freelance agents have been operating in an unbridled market in India. Often by painting a distorted picture of what students can receive from Canada. Plus in recent years, a new type of recruitment has cropped up via foreign nationals as many "edu-tech" have created online platforms to connect millions of potential students with the recruiters. The sub-agents have absolutely no no direct connection with the Canadian college. Plus the college has no no ability to control their conduct. Indian sham operations abused/abusing Indian students in person &/or via massive advertising ... PRIMARILY in their native language that most Canadians do NOT understand. They paint a false picture in the minds of their own people (of what Canada could or would or should offer Indians)!
Canadians are seeing primarily Indians protesting & waving their flags on Canadian streets making demands. Because they may not have enough credentials to remain in Canada? And because rules designed to protect CANADA are not meeting their desires? Why isn't there repetitive crowds of African or Caribbean or Filipino etc., students making demands? They're in Canada too. And Canadians are seeing Indian protestors carrying signs telling Canada (one of the most tolerant countries on the planet) to end it's racism (by not deporting)!!! Really angering Canadians.
And even though Canada is being falsely/unfairly blamed for too much, Canada has yet to deport students like crazy (but likely will soon). Instead Canada has been trying trying to find balance of who can stay vs go. While also trying to fix anything Canada did wrong. Create a better future. Why? Because Canadians actually care about doing so for both Canadians and international students.
Canada's own are also victims of $ greedy Indian 'agents' who lied about Canadian PR. Due to a severe lack of homes & entry jobs in Canada partially due to Indian STUDENTS and agents very creatively swarming all post-secondary SCHOOLS, with vast majority fighting for PR versus returning home without it when SCHOOLING ends! Regardless of their qualifications or Canada's needs. Many asking for asylum too (which Indians rarely qualify for). Canada PR has NEVER been tuition purchasable.
Questions:
⦁ What is India doing about any of this? After Canada told India to halt Ghost Consulting? Many Indians keep saying their politicians are corrupt. Plus Canada didn't have numerous PRIVATE 'diploma mills' until 40% of international students were from India. Many in or near Brampton Ontario, and Surrey British Columbia, where most Indians have lived. Coincidence? Schools that Canada is now shutting down.
⦁ What about all the YT videos that primarily Indian nationals have posted (for half a decade now including today) all advertising Canadian PR like they're selling a shirt? Promoting Canadian visas & permits & schools & jobs etc. etc.. Videos not only posted hourly but rarely in English or French. With very rare input from Canadian citizens.
⦁ What about the IELTS spouses? Anchor babies?
⦁ What about Canadian food banks & other charity services being recklessly advertised on YT in Indian languages?
⦁ What about Canadian housing being scooped up en-mass as investment vehicles by, and for, foreign nationals? Some home rental/boarding signs stating "vegetarians only can apply". Often these 'landlords' also cram 20 students in a small home and charge them each way too much for rent.
⦁ What about Indian nationals buying local businesses then repeatedly putting Indians only in the top tier positions (while also changing familiar work practices)? BC & Ontario are also outlawing the Caste System.
⦁ What about the Sikh vs Hindu violence/extortions across Canada? Diasporas stirring up tribal hatreds (in Canada) even though it all stems from their ancestral home. Why???????
⦁ What about the Canadian government launching investigations in regards to foreign interference in Canadian elections, stemming from Asia continent? Canada also had to end flagpoling at the border.
Canadians are so so so not used to all this!! Do Indians care about Canadians suffering too?
Or do they primarily want to point fingers at the Canadian government etc., when many things weren't in Canada's control (yet)? Why should Canada pay for what Indians did to Indians?
Canadians want multi-culturism to succeed and for all people (including immigrants) to be okay. Now everyone I know is VERY happy with IRCC's recent changes (reductions & multifaceted investigations etc.). Including multi-generational long-term Asian Canadians MOST upset (by all of this).

How the heck 1.6 MILLION students from India got admission in Canadians Universities across the country none of them spe read, write and speak English or go to school. Its beyond my Imagination.
Instead of clinging to outdated notions, it's worth noting that many people from India are highly proficient in English, both in speaking and writing. This is beyond your imagination because you did not go to school and your tiny brain did not get a chance to develop and see the real world. Many students from India are exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable, often exceeding the capabilities of others. This is one reason why employers in Canada value their expertise. Rather than blaming immigration for your incompetence, it’s more productive to focus on self-improvement and development."

There are certain food banks in Mississauga Ontario that say 95% of the people lined up are recent immigrants.
That's not stereotypes, that's mathematics.
Also the recruiters are advertising the foodbank as free food for all, which is false.
Everything is a scam buddy.

But I have a query which doesn’t relate to this , could you guide on if a person who comes directly on PR or on a spouse Visa as a mental health professional what are the options like routes to seek a job and how quickly should I apply and how should one prepare themselves for the Canadian lifestyle.

Most western countries are imposing restrictions on students from certain regions of India. The students from these regions are not genuine and most of them would continue to hang on doing low end jobs. I don't think India should encourage this behaviour because we must not be labelled as low cost labour. It is much better to put a stop to people leaving these regions in India.
Indian doing low wages jobs is not new in foreign countries n it stereotype already. No offend it facts

Gursahib, i see your each and every videos and i feel pretty much updated regarding the situations in canada right now.
I genuinely have a question that i am currently in the 4th year of my bachlors in Mechatronics Engineering (Additive Manufacuring Engineering) with a current GPA of 8.5 and currently wishing to study in canada to pursue Masters in One of the engineering field. So am i eligible to get university of calgary or others?

The information about the kind of education accepted for a Master’s program is a lie. A genuine student would’ve known but then he’s just another international student worker & that also explains why he chose course based over thesis based masters.
Also it’s funny that students don’t have any problems related to education but just work, PR & how to stay back. Do these students even come for an education?
they only come for PR.
More than half only use it as a back door to PR.
It has been openly abused.
This is why we are stopping it.

No. He understands that he put several incompetent and lazy people out of job.
There has been a lot of negativity in canada recently around immigrants (maybe portrayed and maybe felt more than what it is in reality from both sides) and this video has been a positive wind to reconsider what I have been focusing on. I have been thinking about volunteering and getting out more, will do it for sure now and not for jobs but to see a different side and to see how I can be a part of Canadian communities in a positive way.
Would appreciate similar content if you have been thinking about it.
