Absolutely. I always put in the work that I can. I had such great momentum that getting hurt got to my head but Im working through it. Thank you for the support 🙏🏻
been watching this dude for months now and i love the content. Just watching u train gives me more motivation and drive to run a 50 or sub 50 in the 400m and yeah that will be on the 6th of February. Its gonna be my second time running the 400m
Good stuff bro, that is definitely some really unfortunate timing, but either way you will still run sub 48 some day. I believe that you will be able to throughout this season of indoor or outside. Rest up bro, and keep up the great work!
Yes sorry, I wasn't super clear. I absolutely love them, many runners run with a slight back arch and I think it hurts power production and foot placement. Focusing on maintaining neutral pelvis is seriously a game-changer, and the isometric holds help build some muscular endurance in that position
When training i use the pain scale that is from 0-10. If the pain is over 3 on the scale than stop it. When i was injured 3 years 2 years ago the pain scale was what was really helpful for me.
That does sound helpful! I personally usually judge it by if it gets better or worse throughout the workout. If it gets worse, I shut it down right away. Better, I often push through. I think both of those could be useful, thank you for the tip!
Best of luck, rest up and stay confident that sub 48 clocking will arrive someday !!!
Thank you so much, I really appreciate it! I'll stay on the grind!
Injuries part of every sport, you'll be back. Keep doing what you can in the meantime.

Is the 'pelvic tilt isometrics' shown from 2:34 on? Valuable new exercises are always welcome!
