The muscle fibers of Latisismus directly attach to the iliac crest and span out laterally to the humerus from there or they are actually just attached to the the thoracalumbsr fascia. If it does attach to the iliac crest is it like a small slip or the entire 1/3 of the ilaic crest?
Where you touch the pec tendon at the front of the arm are you touching the Latisismus tendon right there too on the front of the arm? Or where is it on surface anatomy.

thoracolumbar is written in the place of lumbosacral in origin of latissimus dorsi ( i may be wrong ,, please check if there is something) bcoz in overview of origin sir said " lumbosacral"
