I went looking for a history youtube channel and found a soulmate. I can't believe how in depth this videos are for their length, but i also was caught off guard with all the paradox games i play to this day. I'm suscribing for a long time.
I actually wrote my research essay on Frederick the Great and mainly wrote about his involvement in the Seven Years War! And I love your vids and I'm glad that the part two has come out :)
Jesus, this is good stuff. The narration (and lovely narrator), visuals, and pacing are all on point. I’m glad I stumbled on your videos, ma’am. If I can ask, have you thought of doing the Great Northern War? Or Burgundian wars?
I do not even know how i have half of your subscribers and more views i believe you put way too much effort in this content its really amazing I completely binged without even thinking this was low quality i absolutely loved the video please keep it up :D
I really did not expect such high quality content at initial stages of a channel... I though I misread 254k subs as 2.54k subs. Believe me this is a great effort you have put. Hope to see your channel amongst the top ones one day.
Great vid as always! Can you make a video about turks? Not just turkey but turks in general, it can be the fall of constantinople, the turkish migration, attilla whatever you name it! I havent seen oversimplified nor you make a vid on us sooo
Montreal was the capital of "Quebec", or the province of Canada, only from 1844 to 1849 and not before. Before "la guerre de conquête", what French Canadians call the Seven Years' War, Quebec City was the capital of New-France. That aside, great video!
I didn't hear you mention the 2 or 3 conflicts in Africa, e.g. the Brits taking over the French colony of Senegal, then giving it back at the end of the war in negotiations. *Also, the British Navy attacked mainland France, coastal areas 3 times during this war, to draw attention away from Prussia and divide France's forces
you skipped the Battle of Fort Niagara where the British but a Fort that was closes to Niagara river. the British won and got cotrole of the Niagara river
After 1 year without Oversimplified, this is exactly what I needed
Plus no gay jokes
Same
Had this war been a work of fiction, audiences would have complained that Frederick had too much plot armor.
Thanks Historia for your hard work!
This reminds me of the first time I watched Waterloo where I kept wondering why all the british Commanders died 😂
Underrated Channel

Alright, i finished watching the video and its most definitely the french revolution
Here's to Freddie - the only German ruler that got his country into a multi-front world war, got Berlin burned down...but still didn't lose. Somehow.
