If we could one of their victims to counter sue with a crowd sourced trial fund, but they would be filing in the same district and possibly to the same judge. At which point it goes into appellate hell.
So it needs to be in a place they don't go (legally speaking) with a court not so predisposed to their cause. A corporate target won't do, they're all too afraid of bad press, so it needs to be a local gun store.
So how to get them to defame, frivolously sue or otherwise go after a target in an area they specifically avoid?
Enough gun stores could try a class action defamation, citing the Alex Jones case, but it would be stupid flimsy

Was Mr. Minor registered as a "Designated Collector" in the state of MD? Because if he was, then he can purchase as many guns as he likes in whatever time frame he likes. That is the end of the individual Gun shops responsibility in MD if the purchaser passed the FBI instant check and the shop owner has no reason to suspect criminal intent. The FFL's are not mind readers and cannot assume the purchaser will commit a future crime. The FFL also cannot discriminate or slander the purchaser. So what proof does the DC or MD AG have for these law suits... and private political organizations (Any Town) being referred to government "Partners", is not proper. Amendment number 2 forbids the government from INFRINGING in this way. Sounds like courts need to slap these down.

Wait, how can he buy so many guns at one time? Did Maryland approve him as a "collector"? If so, that should be on Maryland and the government. The MSP sends you an email and message in your HQL dashboard saying that you are "not disapproved" before you can pick up any regulated item. Why did their system fail? Why are they not talking about that? In Maryland a normal person has gotten their HQL (Permission slip) can only purchase one regulated item in 30 days. Additionally, Maryland people have to pass background checks and wait 7 days. Why was this not caught by the authorities? Why was he "not approved" The gun stores were in Maryland. I personally know that Maryland has a gun registry and they are not afraid to use it, so why was this not on the radar? All of these gun stores were in the State of Maryland. There is so much paperwork that has to be done to buy a regulated item in Maryland that you can sign less for a mortgage. How was this not caught earlier? ----- BTW, you won't find this on the news, but in Woodlawn, Maryland two days ago, (Baltimore County) apparently a CCW in Maryland had a thug attempt to car jack him. The CCW was able to successfully protect himself and the Thug went to the hospital with a GSW. I only know about this story because of a person who regularly listens to a police scanner.
