    Hey mate I've just done this to my Hilux, clutch feels good but was just wondering when you done yours did you notice any difference in feel with the pedal, hard to explain but mine feels a little rough when pushing the clutch in.

      Can't really say because it had a really bad clutch when we bought it. Almost had to push the pedal through the floor to disengage it and we did this to get a clutch after several attempts to bleed it. It is still working just fine maybe two years later. Jon

    whats the purpose of the damper? Can i just bypass this?

      I think that the damper is suposed to make the pedal a bit easier, yes, just bypass it.
