    Stop complaining man! It's a small machine designed to get in tight places so there has to be a sacrifice so you cannot have a full size cab like a car or truck and then get in a tight space. The front window doesn't need to open because it has air conditioning and it only works correctly when all doors and windows are shut. PTO, you wouldn't have a PTO on a back hoe because it's a digger and not a tractor. 50hp engine, it doesn't need to be bigger because the weight of the machine at 4.3tons dictates the rip out power. In other words, if it had a 75hp engine you would more likely pull the machine along rather remove a stubborn rock, tree stump or similar.

      25,000 lb dozers use 100hp. This has the perfect amount not sure what this guy wants out of this machine lol. I can't wait to get one for land maintenance one day

    I had an older version called a mini master 20 years ago with tires, 4 in 1 bucket, and enclosed cab. Used it for masonry work and it was the best machine out there even for snow.

    That would be a handy unit for sure. 80-90 weight gear oil is what we use on the Kubota quick attach pins. 9 out of 10 times they work great especially on the 95-2. The backhoe qc has its issues but we make it work. Great video 👍

    • @OnSiteTrav
      @OnSiteTrav  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The gear oil is genius! I've been using grease and they clog/break. Do you just spray it on?

    65000 dollars is roughly 50000 UK pounds, which for 2 in 1 machine is fantastic... You Can pay nearly that for 1 skid steer.. We've got one of these with ALL the attachments... Can't fault it.. And JCB world parts centre is only an hour away from us.. The service+warranty is fantastic too.... Great in depth review, best I've seen so far.... 👌👍👌👍

      Can't fault jcb it's a staple machine in the UK u say jcb it refers to a backhoe loader I'd love to have one and can do all the big brother cx series can do even has the same attachments as the bigger one just scaled down a tad

  • @JackMacLupus
    @JackMacLupus 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Quick attach is a nice thing, as long as no hydraulic is involved. If you still have to put the bolt in yourself like on the front bucket everything is totally fine and nothing can get messed up.

    It is not the horsepower that matters, it is the hydraulic flow, what does he want to do with it, build highways?

    👍👍👍 Excellent topic. I've only seen the promotional videos from JCB on this product and I'm curious. I run 2 JCB CTLs. One's a teleskid. I love them both. Like you, I also run an ASV 120 with Denis forestry head. I'd love to see this 1CX in it's workplace environment. I'm intrigued.

    Your right as far as the hydraulic exchange they are nothing but trouble .We have 2 bobcats with hydraulic exchange and they are trouble.Dirt and stone really beat up on the cylinder rods.As far as that tractor goes i don't know i kinda reminds me of a termite with tracks never liked ours when we had it

    • @OnSiteTrav

      The controls are super smooth on the hoe side compared to a termite

    • @orrenchapman5132
      @orrenchapman5132 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Key is there is a knob on the front dash, if you turn that to the right it smooths out the backhoe controls

    I really would like to see how it would run a 50-60 in. brush deck. 25 gpm @ 3000ish psi. is milking the power out of that little engine really good which means that it has very efficient pumps. 90% or more efficient to get those numbers out of an engine that size.

    • @OnSiteTrav
      @OnSiteTrav  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For my business brush-decks make bank. If this thing could do it, might be a great secondary machine to have OnSite.

    • @wpog8453
      @wpog8453 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@OnSiteTrav no doubt. I think it would do great with the appropriate sized working width. My 42 inch Blue Diamond open front with only a 40 hp Vermeer mini skid friggin rips. I'm pretty confident that I could outproduce a mediocre operator on a 50-60 hp skid steer in material up to 4 inches or better.
