This is strictly a video walkthrough!! Check out my Instagram or Facebook for more action videos...I will hopefully start putting up videos of this build series very soon!! Just been busy.
FYI: This guy did a great analysis of humidity in his house - seems it would be very beneficial to put a vapor barrier below the slab. th-cam.com/video/pVcbpWrvYns/w-d-xo.html
I read the entire Ryan's th-cam.com/users/postUgkxGqOCINHE0Z0E5gxzSdNi9NWGugRY5Hm2 Plans and was able to make a shed plan. Using Ryan's Shed Plans alone, the shed itself is great. Where I wish I knew more is with respect to ground preparation and foundations. Maybe that's beyond the scope of Ryan's Shed Plans.
I will say it again I have owned bobcats and John Deere JCB that we own now kicks there ass hands down all around a better machine and our mechanic loves the easy service access. Plus all the other brands are looking at the side door for there machines safety to me is top most. Just had a guy killed here in my town arms came down when he was crawling out with the bucket up hose blow killed him.
Neat to see this marketing from JCB, and from the other places I've seen it used around here it seems like they're all going to miss it when it goes home!
Kyle those newer jcb machines are great we have one at work where it doesn’t get babied and it’s held up well so far and the excavator style side door is the best thing ever it’s almost cooler than the telescopic boom! Enjoy that thing I can feel your kubota’s heart breaking all the way up here in Minnesota
Thank you for posting the video about the machine and the walk around. I work with my uncle in a family business removing trees and stumps. We just signed the paperwork for a jcb and will pick it up next month. We opted for the standard boom and purchased a grapple bucket for it as well. We went with the 205T model and look forward to getting it on site. I wish we had it for the job we are on currently. It would sure speed up the process lol.
@@etires562 so far it's held up well. We don't use it on a daily basis, but compared to our previous machine it is much smoother and far more stable. Shortly after purchasing it we did have a hydraulic leak that took us a while to locate and fix. It ended up being a micro crack in a line feeding the pump. We purchased it used as it had been a demo model and sat at a dealer for nearly a year. That's been the only significant repair thus far so we are happy with it. We did add a backup camera on it which is very helpful and highly recommended. Best of luck to you.
What I would like to see is NOT a sales video, but a Maintenance Video. Show what it takes to do the routine maintenance. How hard is it to get to drain hole, filter, refill for the motor oil. How hard would it be to change battery, alternator, starter. Hydraulic fuel filters. Where you can and cannot pressure wash. Where are all the Grease Zerks. A video like this would show how well the engineers thought out the design.
How farms work has had one for a while. They did some vids on it also. I would think the extension would be very handy for you. Can't wait to see you using it!
Based on a loading capacity of 1600 lbs at 8 ft, you should theoretically be able to lift up to 640 lbs at 20 ft. With the boom fully extended and the 20 ft thing on the end for a total of 28 ft your max will be 460 lbs
I worked with skidsteers before and i dont think they are very handy, but this one looks different. Nice cabine, good overview with all the windows. Looks good!
Theirs usually a picture in the cab In my 6tonne jcb telehandler there's a pic on the left column with weights set at extensions Then there's stickers on the boom to tell you how many meters you have it extended
Should be able to work out out with cross referencing the two manuals The boom will have a rating for both ends What it can lift and what is required to lift it That's certainly the way in Australia Anything for lifting needs certified ratings
I prefer my disposable skid loaders. I move rocks of various sizes from one place to another all day everyday. There's always more rocks to get moved and moved NOW. No time to fuss with maitenance-heavy units. I run one out of fuel then toss it. Unpack a freshy and keep moving rocks.
Kyle contact Welker Farms in Shelby MT, they are looking for Contractors for a new Farm Building. It would be great to see a Video showing you building them a Barn.
welker farms is also demoing one of these beasts in a wheeled configuration. They seem to be doing pretty well with it. But of coarse its a completely different industry, and the lift capacity may not mean as much to them as it does to you
I own a volvo mct110 same as a jcb 225 , and looking to purchase one of this bad boys , is a lot of money but i love my volvo i owmed bobcats , jhon deeres and rented pretty much every other brand nothing like a side door skid steer it just makes sense,
Kyle, what about implements like a Harley rake, a forestry head, a front mounted mower, roto-tiller and snow blower? Let's also consider a post hole digger and a grapple too. Also is there a counterweight available for heavier attachments and heavy loads out front? You mentioned your extension boom, that potentially could tip you forward with some of those mega roof frames you haul around.
With everything that I've seen in mind my only question is will JCB be making a larger than 74 horse machine?? Am I the only one that sees the huge potential for this machine at a large horsepower even bigger frame machine
When operating the bucket and here’s the big secret when you lower the boom completely down then tilt the bucket lip down to make grade does the bucket lay flat or are the pivot pins maybe three to four inches above grade making it impossible to cut a flat edge
I have had one for a year now. Really like the machine, however there are some problems. The plastic sun roof leaks water as does the door. Battled water leaks all winter then found the ROPS was not welded properly. 4" of weld on each side missed the joint. Waiting for them to install a new ROPS now. Also the AC sucks in dust and blows it in your face. JCB has no fix for that. Had to remove the cab breather and tape it shut. Then there is hydraulic issues. When using a 4 in 1 bucket, when you clamp it closed the hydraulic pressure bleeds off into the boom extension circut and the boom moves out. Cannot hold a log or rock in the bucket. JCB has no fix for that either. Had it in the shop for a month on that issue. Not much help or communication from the factory. Bought a parts manual and it does not show some of the cab filter parts. I have 5 JCB machines and they have the worst parts and service manuals that i have seen and i own 15+ pieces of equipment of various brands.
No radial lift sucks because when your lined up with forks or a bucket at eye level you put it down on the ground and the attachment moves back like six inches the you’ve got to move it forward more you can forget trying to crush rocks or concrete because you can never hit the “ nail on the head”
If you listen to what he says rather than trying to bash the machine you can clearly her-are him say that the machine has both radial and vertical lift due to the arm extension
Something tells me, this machine is gonna have to absolutely kill it onsite to sway you in that direction..... I’m sentimental with my stuff and I think it’s gonna be a hard decision for you to jump ship
A lot of great features, but this is a very expensive machine compared to other brands. Yeah I know that you get what you pay for, but until this machine has proven itself to be worth the money, it's going to be hard to convince contractors to give them a try. Question: Is the Volvo machine (sorry, don't know the model number) just a re-brand of this machine?
Kyle. I've kept quiet but can no longer... that audio NEEDS to be fixed. I'm so tired of listening to everything in my left ear. Can you double the audio and turn that to the right side so we can have proper stereo for the base of the videos? I know the music comes in both channels, but your talking is always the left channel only. It's really weird. I just felt I needed to share since I love watching your videos. I just do so while wearing headphones always and it really messes with my head. I'm sure others have this same feeling but have yet to come forward. Cheers and looking forward to the new videos always.
I bought a JCB 2T . DO NOT BUY ONE!!! I love the cab, I love the tele boom arm. But as a dirt working machine, buy a shovel and a rake. The loader doesn't have the hydraulics to lift and curl at the same time. When lifting a load the arm drops 3 to 6 inches as you stop it. Watched Every second !. I like Ryan's JCB ( How Farms Work) . It has really helped speed up his farming chores. It will amaze with some forks !
welker farms got one too!!
Been a fan of JCB, since of the sixties. Drove past their massive factories, just two weeks ago.
Nice tool! I'm looking forward to see how she does under load! Thanks for the excellent video!
The JCB factory is about 10 miles from where I live here in central uk....a very respected company with an awesome reputation 👍🇬🇧
Hi I’ve past that huge factory many times when i was a hgv driver. Hello from anglesey 🏴🏴
Best information I have seen to do with this telescopic skid steer. Thank you
somebody at job are doing their homework by putting their telskids all over youtube ,and they look sweet
JCB stepping up their game.
JCB's really getting out the demos, good on them

You’d have to go to a different channel lol I don’t do hardly any machine maintenance. I take it to dealer it’s not my thing
Didn’t understand most of it but as usual very enjoyable to watch.
It’s nice that you try new things, thanks👍
JCB is giving these to everyone with a TH-cam channel, waiting to see one on Letsdig and the other big work channels next.
Dude I've been dreaming of getting one of this since that came out. Like you said great for us post frame guys
Team jcb ! Very innovative company. they dont like to follow everyone else.
that is how innovations happen

How farms work ... welker farms .. now him i may have left someone out but thats the time line i got
That's to bad I'm not on facebook or Instagram. But I like the machine. Great video.
I will be putting up some content here as well

Bad ass. I don't know shit, but this thing looks so fun!!!!!
Kyle you’re the best !!
Nice😃. You’ll love it.
Walker Farms is demoing one right now also. Good machine!
JCB needs to make a Rigger's app for smart phones so math phobics like Kyle can do the numbers to see the extended boom capacity.
Excellent idea.
that is a great idea

It will need to be awesome
I LOVE the side door, visibility, and the boom....if only Kubota made one. 74HP??
Yes
Just followed your IG... great content, look forward to the latest build videos on TH-cam

Kale, great initiative. Can you operate it with your smartphone?
Does it come on electric version? It could be charge during night when power is cheaper.
What happens when you flop it over on the drivers side(door side) how do you get out?
The back
Others love the tele skid and it’s multiple uses
This should be an interesting new series with this testing machine, see if it can do as much as a telehandler while also being a track loader.

How about attaching safety straps to a point suspended above the roof, utilizing your new 'toy'?
It's an epic little unit, I was looking at trading up to one of those recently. But it's just far too heavy.
Just got quoted a ballpark price of $115k-120k not counting attachments other than the bucket.
That's a 2024 model with all the improvements.
Looking forward to seeing an update on your experience with the Teleskid and Telehandler. Any idea when you'll post that?
