Can I ask is there a diaspora African community of returnees like African Americans and African Caribbeans in Zambia? It's good that you guys caution folks of Zambian decent abroad who want to return home. I see all over Africa when folks of the nation's kin want to return they are facing too much adversary. These are the individuals that are needed as they have the knowledge of the west and how to protect African assets for future generations. Encourage Zambians Abroad to return home.
I thought there was a system in place where you can check to see if a plot or part of a plot has already been sold. But if it's not in the system I understand what you guys are saying. Can you not buy agricultural or tribal lands and register it and attain the GPS coordinates to determine your boundaries.
In the area u build homes 🏡 in or the roads around the or finish, Are the roads completed around the area,,, I would love to buy property in the area but I would like for the roads to be completed in the area
Yes they are roads completed around the area, there’s a shopping mall, gas station, schools, business centre & lots of other amenities near by. It’s in an established area.
