      I hate living in this world where life means nothing to people and think nothing about what this girl did saying NOTHING WAS CRYING! She couldn't even acknowledge it was human. Sad days as live in. How far do people go before saying enough. I listened to her lawyer he made me sick. The parents yelling at the cops and hospital instead of acknowledging their crimes. The hospital did nothing to them.

      @@liz8935 This is one of the few rational comments I've read pertaining to this case. Anyone who's been 19 knows how dumb a 19-year-old can be. Legally an adult, but mentally not yet there. I agree. My thoughts are, everyone has been talking about how smart she is but most students graduate at 17 or 18 years old. She's 19, so she either started school very late as a child or she might have taken a grade two times. I'd like to know what happened there because I was in college at 19 and was getting ready to start my second year of college.

    After seeing pictures of the girl while she was pregnant, there is absolutely NO WAY her family/friends didn’t know she was pregnant. It didn’t look like she had just “gained some weight” she had a very round pregnant belly. This case is insane to me. They’re all liars. The mother, the daughter, the boyfriend. She decided the best idea was to put the baby in the garbage can and cover it up with a second bag. She knew exactly what she was doing. She was at a hospital. There was no reason for her to even attempt to do this. She needs to be charged with 1st degree murder.

      I got pregnant at 15....begged and cried my heart out to keep my baby smh my family pushed for abortion. It has scarred me for life and I hated my family for it. I wanted to be a mom for as long as I can remember. That abortion, I truly believe, is what caused me to have future issues with pregnancy. I had THREE miscarriages, of which the first, my daughter Mackenzie, was stillborn. I literally held her not only until she took her last breath...but literally for the next 3 days straight! I only let go when I was discharged...and even then it was harder. Mentally I was a wreak! I was 18 when this happened! I created my daughter and everything smh And it didn't get easier the next two times with my second daughter Mahogany and then my son Ezekiel 😔 I just don't understand cases like this! Here I was begging God for a healthy baby and this crazy wack job literally just can let ibe slip out of her as if it was a normal day on the goddamn shitter! I'm sorry 😒 I do get worked up thinking back on all the trauma but I didn't give up cause a year after that last miscarriage with my son Ezekiel , I went 40 full weeks with my miracle blessing of a child Malachi and he is literally the most perfect being I have ever seen in my life 😭 I see now what all I went through was preparing me for the moment I gave birth to him via emergency c section at 10/28/13 at the age of 21 🥰 I pray this girl realizes how blessed she was and for her to make right with God. Her type are indeed the scariest! Here we were 15yr olds and knew right away how blessed we were smh 💔 The mom said to her " WE TALKED ABOUT THIS" WTF exactly did y'all talk about! The whole family are wack jobs and liars! Lock them both up and throw away the key! And get that girl some help ASAP!
      *On a side note, your post stuck out to me. I obviously can relate to your life story but I wanted to ask what does the 9218 in your user name represent? I use 9213 with every account I make cause it's the year I was born and then the year my son was born 🥰 They grow up so fast don't they 🥺

The child could not tell mom she was pregnant. 19 years old, in a hospital, and didn't know what to do when a baby falls out of her? Mon needs to be tried beside her daughter. Mom created this. I was VITAL that my child trusted me enough to come to me when he was in trouble. When he had hard questions, concerns and worries. He knew I wouldn't flip out and that I would listen to all he had to say. And if I didn't have an answer we'd talk that out, too. He was a good communicator. If you know so many families that want a child in their lives why is foster care literally overflowing with homeless children that can't find a home in the United States? In my city they caught CPS storing unwanted children in an abandoned building downtown. When asked why in the world they would keep children in this awful environment, a falling down dilapidated building, they said because they don't even have enough foster homes much less adoptive parents and the state doesnt give them enough of our tax money to support the children in a better environment. Sad part is, this baby would most likely have NOT found a loving home. He'd have grown up in several foster homes that used him as a house slave and then passed him on to the next when he became inconvenient for them until he turned 18 at which point, statistically, he'd enter the industrial USA prison system. IF he didn't before then. Still it was not ok to kill him before he even got a chance to try.

      @psychicrenegade 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That wasn't entirely true...they discovered she had a mental disorder that made her admit to stuff that never happened, and there was no sign of any burns on the baby during the autopsy. In that specific case, the baby was not found to have air in her lungs, meaning she never took a breath, and was most likely stillborn. THIS baby boy was very much alive...and even if the baby wasn't breathing, she was in a goddamn hospital! She was surrounded by people who could have revived the baby after birth! But, of course, we know he was born alive because he had air in his lungs from breathing on his own after birth.

Geez! Surprise! She gives birth to a baby! A beautiful precious Human Being and regardless of ANY of the complete bullsh*t (in my opinion) that happened up until that point like trying to claim she had no idea she was pregnant.. the second that baby was born She as another Human Being and An Adult she have immediately gotten help for that defenseless, innocent new life and for herself.. but she CHOSE NOT TO! She CHOSE to then discard that brand new Human Being in the Garage like he was literally a piece of trash! Which is absolutely disgusting and absolutely heartbreaking 💔.. this person who did this was 19 years of age.. she was not some 11 year/12 year old little girl that this happened to. F**king thank you!! It doesn't matter I'd she was frightened or not, that baby shouldn't have died.

      She could have left the baby without throwing away in a bag. Why on earth would she do such a vile act? Very sad for that baby.

      @@ryoda120thanku, the hypocrisy is unfathomable, particularly involving the full 9 month term partial birth abortions legal in 13 US states now, of healthy infants left alone in a cold room without sustenance to die alone, but bcz it's in the name of my body my choice it's legal.

      @ryoda120 if baby is not formed yet then abort if u don't wanna have it should be up to women us men shouldn't control. But moment that baby is formed and can feel they should give birth at least and if u don't wanna keep baby do what's right don't kill. Sorry but we can't decide on if women ain't allow to have abortions when we they are ones having the baby 😅

    If I were the DA, I wouldn’t give her a plea deal. She lied until she was backed into a corner, and then she killed rather that owning up to it. That’s exactly what psychopaths do. She could have done so many different things, but she chose murder. She’s dangerous, and she needs to go to prison for a long time.

      Right! She didn’t show any emotion, even when arrested! The only time was when she was lying about the baby not crying. Psychopath.

      I really do not believe anything is wrong with outside of her being a liar and unintelligent. The fact that she was in a hospital to give up the baby alone tells me she's dumb. Mental illnesse doesnt excuse you from wrong doing. Many people try to use that to get lesser charges but it doesn't mean she is. But that doesn't excuse her actions. For those who say she was ignorant (not knowing something) I remember a criminal before a judge saying once "I didn't know the law" and the judge saying "Not knowing the law doesn't give you an excuse to break it." But I highly DOUBT that fully pregnant woman, cheering with a belly that whole time, didn't know it was wrong to do what she did in a hospital full of doctors and staff.

      I don’t believe she is a psychopath, but rather an immature teen who felt so trapped for whatever reason felt she couldn’t even confide in her mother or the hospital staff, that she went to extreme measures. I’m not excusing her behavior at all.
      Mother is clearly too overbearing and girl is so immature and now is going to pay for that immaturity.
      Even if the baby was barely breathing, everything points to that he was alive and could have been resuscitated if he hadn’t been trashed.

    She's more scared of her mother than hiding her baby in trashcan. Super sad story
