I respectfully disagree. President Biden is clearly not the same person we elected in 2020. President Biden and his advisors have actively hidden this from the public. What was hidden is now out in the open and a good part of the public want a change at the top of the ticket.

Checks and Balances in this case means refers to congress/senate impeachment/conviction which opens the door for prosecution. Look at wiki (i.e. "absolute immunity") for more info how such immunity works for judges, prosecutors, lawmakers etc. Why would you think that head of the government doesn't enjoy the same immunity? Could you please explain what makes you think that the ruling was somehow wrong/unexpected?

Debate requires that one is able to nimbly fight back. While I have great respect for Joe Biden, I think he is no longer able to match the verbal flood of lies that washes over him. I think Kamala Harris, Gaven Newson, and others can overwhelm the Donald with facts and successfully push back. They have the strength!
