Based on their definition...I believe the answer is yes but I don't think he has unilateral authority to do that. But he does have power to negate their rulings by restructuring the court and removing the politics by adding an equal amount of left and right wing justices. I believe they should add judges that are chosen by the courts themselves and not political parties.

I'm a democrat. The bottom line is we got out-maneuvered, here. It's clear that the courts believe the issues we have brought forward against Trump are political and not criminal. I don’t agree, but I'm not a judge. Our two options when it comes to presidents is impeachment or the ballot. We got rolled on impeachment, the ballot box is our only path forward. Time to let it go and stop giving Trump air. The only way forward is to get out the vote.

I just recently watched a local news piece, here in Florida, where a reporter went out on the street to ask people walking by what they thought of this ruling by the Supreme Court. Of the 19 people questioned, only 1 knew anything about it. And most of them said they were "too burned out on politics" to care. So, there you go. That's good example of where this country is headed. Apathy and ignorance. Sad.
