Welcome to the second part of my review on the Steinberg UR44c Audio Interface. In this part I’m demonstrating the Guitar Amp Classics, a bundle of amp simulations that are included in the software that comes with the interface. They are powered from the onboard DSP chip and come in four different types.
Unfortunately, my screen recording software was not capturing the plugins when I was editing them, so I went with some pictures of them after recording.

One issue: You have your mic open when recording the guitar through the amp-sim, which mixes in and makes it sound better and brighter; the amp-sim only may be dull and we would not know it. It is a bit better later with the higher gain sounds, so that is something.

nice review, i just wish you muted the mic input during the guitar playing. Thank you, i was looking all over for a demo of the amps, they sound pretty nice, it can be changed afterwards and for the purpose of monitoring they are enough credible or excellent.

Hi thanks for demo .i have a confusion ,this interface has 6 outputs 2 main for monitor I get it but when to use other 4 line out put ? When I looked into manual it says external devices or headphone amp .what are those mean and in what situation I can use ? Example what can I use ? If you would get bothered to help me please .Thank you .🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Example 1: you can connect more speakers (duh). Example 2: connect different pair of monitors to instantly switch between them and listen to your mix on different speakers. Example 3: You can have separate mixes going to one pair of monitors (headphones) and to the second. Good for monitoring when recording or performing live.

Φίλε μου έμεινα πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένος από την κάρτα. Εύχρηστη, με τρομερό πακέτο software το οποίο στηρίζεται στο dsp chip οπότε latency μηδέν, καθαροί προενισχυτές, γερή κατασκευή, συνδεσιμότητα με pc/mac/iphone iPad κλπ. Την έδωσα για να πάρω μια πολύ πιο ακριβή κάρτα και πραγματικά δεν είδα καμμία μεγάλη διαφορά. Την προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα φίλε μου. Εγώ ακόμη και σήμερα θέλω να πάρω την ur816c για περισσότερα κανάλια.
@@PetrosAntoniouMusic Κατάλαβα! Χαίρομαι πολύ γιατί μου άρεσε πολύ σε σύγκριση με όσες κάρτες είδα ως στιγμής και λέω να την πάρω! Εγώ τώρα έχω την Focusrite 2i2 1ης γενιάς, πιστεύεις θα κτλβω την διαφορά στην ποιότητα του σήματος?
@@dimitrisxaidemenos4122 σε ποιότητα είσαι γενιές καλύτερος, αφού με την UR είσαι στα επίπεδα της Focusrite τρίτης γενιάς. Οι προενισχυτές αυτοί έχουν και ένα άλλο χρώμα, οπότε θα νιώσεις μια ανανέωση. Θα σου αρέσει σίγουρα και πιο πολύ το control panel της κάρτας και θα μαγευτείς με το onboard dsp. To morphing channel strip που έχει, είναι ένα καταπληκτικό και απλό plugin το οποίο σου δίνει eq και compression και μαζί με το πολύ καλό reverb της Yamaha, μπορείς απλά να τα έχεις ως βοήθεια στα αυτιά σου κατά την εγγραφή, ή ακόμα και να τα γράψεις, αν έχεις φτιάξει ήχο που να σου αρέσει. Γενικά είναι μια πολύ καλή λύση με καλή ποιότητα και πολλά έξτρα.
