This is the best one yet! Think about all of the inhabitants. Again, what stories could be told. All of the glass detail, and just the whole house! Well done mate!
Love the look of the front of the house. What a beautiful dog. Entry way is nice. Very nice house. You said Thanks for watching, I say Thanks for showing.
Ohhh To Have Seen This Home In It's Heyday!!! That Original Charm And Beauty Is Still There... And Something Not Seen So Much In This Current Day And Age.... ❤
I’m glad you brought company 🦮 Beautiful property. Water damage in the wooden panel office area. Beautiful wood throughout. Beautiful curved wood doors with etched glass work. Nice door knobs. Overall a beautiful home. Either the new owner was overwhelmed or ran out of funds or both? Thanks for sharing this awesome Home👍🏾
What a beaut of a place, mostly original. I'm not fond of radiator covers though. My heart aches for this one. SWOON! 😍 Thanks for the tour Ontario! 👍🤠
A very beautiful home with so much character, style, and charm so very unlike most houses you see these days! I've never seen so much stain glass as there is in this house. I sure hope someone plans on remodeling this house and it not get torn down. Too much about this house looks like it's been redone or being redone, esp. the bathrooms, they look new because they are just too clean. That one bathroom looks to be in the middle of redoing. Some of the other rooms look that way too and freshly painted. Love your dog, such a beauty! Great video!
Very nice place! I would have liked to have seen it in its glory days, but my favorite part of this video is your precious canine companion. 🙂 Thank you both for the tour!
Another beauty... I've always liked old houses with two or more sets of staircases. With today's housing market and property prices, why is this house not being sold to someone who would appreciate it and fix it up? Looks like a good candidate for protection under the Heritage Act If the municipality will designate as such. There was a small door at the baseboard of one upstairs closet...was that for a stash/safe spot or access to other attic space or something. If I'm not mistaken, it looked like the downstairs wood is oak (quarter sawn) and upstairs is gumwood Thanks for the video 👍
@7:05 The sink and the toilet are absolutely original to the house. My grandparents built their home in 1933 and every bathroom in their house were that precise design. Note that the toilet tank is narrow and the classic beveled tank lid was exclusive to that particular era. The second I saw that bathroom, I immediately recognized Mimi's fixtures! I love that small tile. I even love the lines and design of those radiators! I think it brings to mind the old romantic comedies from the thirties, such as Myrna Loy and William Powell's "The Thin Man" series of films. Martini shakers, cigarette holders, crystal ice buckets with delicate tongs, women wearing peignoir sets with mule slippers, gold cigarette lighters - just vintage elegance! I remember when people dressed in their best outfits when flying. The world could use a bit of panache these days! Watching folks waddle about in tank tops and flip flops has grown tiresome. 😁 Homes built in the 30s, 40s & 50s had the most delightful built-ins, including an alcove specifically where the rotary phone would sit, with a comfy stool or small chair. When any family member received a phone call, the entire family would know because the phone was always centrally located like the hallway or living area. I am so old that I recall party lines. The local operator knew every person in town and what they did and with whom! Perhaps I am just nostalgic for a less frantic time, but I always felt that I was born in the wrong era. Excellent explore... thanks!
Someone cut the grass. They left the weeds but the grass was cut. The exterior of the home is gorgeous. I bet the pool was really nice when cleaned out & filled too. 2:25 omg the solid wood floors (I’d love to have those). ❤ 7:53 the stained glass 🤩🥰
The Entryway is GORGEOUS!!!! All of that Art Deco Beveled Glass!!!! WOW!!!! And the Stained Glass Windows throughout, just INCREDIBLE!!!! CRAZY about the Bathrooms!!!! I must say, so far, this is one of my FAVORITE ESTATES you all have visited!!!!!
This place is still very livable - needs a little repair to some of the walls and ceilings and most likely a new roof - it would be a sin to demolish such a gorgeous building when it could easily be restored!
Such a LOVELY HOUSE …. Ideally we would HOPE who ever was in the mist of renovations and Stopped WOULD FINE SOMEONE with the funds to continue the upgrades and put it back on the market…. It would be an absolute shame to lose this .

This beautiful home is in the city I live in ,when we were kids we would say we would buy this house if we won the lottery !
Dom piekny i piesek sliczny pozdrawiam
Especially this one, William Hill. I don't know. Namastè.
Most abandoned places don't have the lawns mowed and the gardens tended to! Someone is taking care of this place!
Love it 💗 wow
You didn't show the whole basement.
It’s just empty unfinished rooms
He appears to OFTEN be dismissive of areas of homes that WE as VIEWERS may still have an interest in SEEING 😒
"Nothing to see here folks, let's keep it moving!"
What is your dog's name? 🩷
Dogs aren't real. I learned that from a meme.
