Near $50 for a Jedi interceptor is wild, unless it has like 6+ figs the value on that is terrible, new s5 Ahsoka is incredible though
do you believe Jedi bob starfighter is a scam? Because it’s roughly the same as this ahsoka starfighter rumour and I haven’t seen much complaints… quite the opposite actually, I’ve heard nothing but praise for that set

The 50 dollar 18+ set is probably a diorama, but it could be many things, mustafar,count dooku fight, palpatines arrest or maybe something else
Well, apparently.it's going to be a midi-scale acclamator if the rumors are correct.
Extremely surprised we still haven’t gotten a set from The Acolyte, the only reason I can think of them not making one is because the Andor set might have sold poorly.
I think it'd be a cool idea for the Ahsoka Interceptor if we got a second, smaller clone ship (not sure what it would be) that has a Clone Pilot in it, which would reference to another episode of the clone wars that also happens to have a similar situation to the episode the interceptor actually appeared in, without using Anakin's interceptor as well.

$45 for a 290 piece Jedi Interceptor is a scam, instant skip. At least the other 2 unconfirmed sets have better price tags for their piece counts. Hoping the 10+ one is an imperial midi scale as a counterpart to the Home 1.
Price per piece isn't everything. That said, Ahsoka is a fanfiction scam anyway. Might get R7 second hand, though.

@@bluehero-96 I kinda didn't watch it and don't really care about watching it any time soon and since there's no Enoch in the Perridea set I'm not buying that either. Still, the upcoming January set is based on TCW so I'm not sure why you'd bring up the Ahsoka show.

$70 arc 170 better have 3 pilots and a plo koon and wolffepack or smth bc $70 for 500 pieces isn't great.
Better than 45 for 290. Also the ARC-170 has a lot of larger pieces
@kenwabb yeah now i think about it, ur right that interceptor is outrageous and honestly i 'd be happy with the 3 pilots and an astromech, wanted an arc 170 for years and Imma just be happy they are finally making a new one.

So i can see the price being somewhat justified. Lots of large pieces. Im thinking the new $70 one will be a little smaller and much denser. Its unfortunate though, because the AR170 is pretty large in univserse. I hope they give us Plo Koon or Kit Fisto again and they can get the middle cockpits correct. Im biased though, as its my favorite ship from Star Wars

Calling it, Ashoka’s Jedi Interceptor will include a Vulture Droid build as well to hopefully justify the price.
I think the 18+ set has a good chance at being more of the ship displays that we got this year (millenuim falcon, tantive 4, and invisible hand) i know that the invisible hand is $50 and is the smaller of the three so I would expect something smaller possibly and X-wing? SInce they are also doing the home 1 my fingers are crossed that they are doing something like the x wing or maybe a midi scale venator.
Ashoka’s interceptor could also be used as any jedis star fighter because of the color

Sound like some great sets, price based on peices have become less and less relevant, because it usually just means the sets with less peices have bigger parts and if its got new moulds for stuff, its somewhat reasonable but even then lego goes on sale a fair bit, i will be looking at getting the interceptor and the 170 ship though

So does the arc 170 and the home one, lego doesn't make sets like they used to where all sets they released were based on the same show.

I'm just getting concerned, the price to piece ratio is becoming a BIG red flag for me. LEGO Star Wars sets are becoming smaller and smaller by the day and at the same time prices are just getting higher each time a set comes out. I'm just currently focussing on getting the retired sets that are retiring at the end of 2024.

With an ARC 170 being play-scale, that’s means it can’t be the UCS set. I hope that’s we see the 2 in 1 Anakin and Obi-Wan interceptors UCS set at the price of 250 dollars.

Once again, 290 piece Jedi interceptor for $45 and people think it’s crazy but 305 piece Jedi bob starfighter (now confirmed no astromech and a goofy mon Cala clone instead of an actual one) for $40 and people are happy. 🤷♂️ again, I wish people would acknowledge problems when they’re present, rather than ignoring them due to “nostalgia”

Are you someone who justifies the new ahsoka battle or the sarlacc pit prices? What’s your excuse there? As for the Jedi interceptor I agree, there are larger pieces used but the model itself isn’t large enough to be $45 it doesn’t pass the eye test. Especially since they usually only include the Jedi pilot and the droid and no third or fourth minfigures to help justify the prices in Jedi ships like these. Jedi interceptors used to be $20, then $25, then $30 now straight up $40 and $45 for even less pieces. They always had the large cockpit pieces but were always cheap before, so your logic is flawed and stupid. Keep wasting your money on overpriced lego, your wallet is the only one it hurts
@@rodrign007 a simple solution to your complaints: wait for a sale, no matter the lego set its going to drop in price at some point, I personally dont care about the price, lego sets go up in value overtime so if i ever want to get rid, i will get my money back.

@@rodrign007The Obi-Wan's starfighter from 2022 was $30. Granted the set was discounted to $24 almost all the time.

Man this is so bitter sweet, the fact that we are getting a new jedi interceptor in an unreleased theme is amazing, however at $45, it hurts to think Lego continue to raise price and not really quality

@rodrign007 I do. This video wasn't on Jedi Bob's, so I didn't think I needed to mention it. And both are definitely disappointing. $40 for Jedi Bob's sf is better than $45, but the increase from yodas star ship last year is sad to see

How tf does it make sense that in the 20th anniversary of ROTS there’s an Ashoka starfighter, Mon calamari cruiser and a N1??? All besides the Arc170 and hopefully also the 100$ set make no sense.
Makes me a bit scared that they won’t fully use the chance of this anniversary, as there’s soo many missing sets, minifigures and vehicles they still need to do that appear in episode 3.

We only got 2 sets for attack of the clones “anniversary” and that was probably coincidence. They didn’t even acknowledge it
@@rodrign007 They were supposed to be anniversary sets but people wanted Phase II Commander Cody in the AT-TE so they likely ditched the branding.
