What do you think about Nietzsche’s will to power?
It is fundamentally irreconcilable with Adler’s view that all striving is driven by the desire for social harmony and mutual benefit, or what he terms “Gemeinschaftsgefühl.”
I like your content generally but I think Adler is weak, and can’t stand next to giants like Jung.

Thoughts after watching the first few minutes: Isn't that a very broad definition of trauma? Basically any experience will cast a shadow of sorts over the future, influencing us in one way or another. The Freudian perspective, in light of modern scientific understanding, might be built on ideas about epigenetics (as in Sapolsky's idea of the limits of free will) or predictive processing. Just without the trauma and more closely aligned with the significance and salience of the events in question. Integrating Freud and Adler, you might conclude that a reframing of the event in the past, coming to different conclusions about the behavior following it in terms of the goal you now want to achieve (as opposed to merely coping with it so as to make it bearable), would make sense as a strategy.
