You can adjust the stand angle so that the wheel is in a slightly tillted position like in a real truck, not flat as in a bus, and this together with short sleeves will prevent accidentally hitting the buttons. I personally have no complaints with the product. You can adjust everything to your liking, there is plenty of extra buttons and other options. The wheel is everything I hoped for, it still feels unreal to have it compared to what we previously used for trucking games.
I think the issue with the turn signal stalk is that it works as a 4-way hat switch. You have to push it in the right exact direction for it to work, it wouldn't register if you push it diagonally. My suggestion is either make it an 8-way switch to recognize diagonal inputs or put a 4-way restrictor gate to prevent it.
Thx I was worried bc I left everything plugged in n the wheel got locked. Then I read the instructions it says to unplug all power supply. So I had to return it. And the new one I left the ac adapter plug in the power socket so I was worried the wheel would lock again
O okay, I haven't unplugged mine yet, only time I would recommend would be if during severe weather due to lighting. Mine has been plugged in and kept on since day one with no problems yet. I done the same thing to my Logitech wheel that I had before.
Great video as always 👍 Autocenter steer it is called😊 good personal review. I allmost bought this Hori, but at the end i choose the Moza R5 bundle, and short after that, the TSW Wheel. Buttons i managed with 2 Streamdecks mounted on Elgato walI-mounts (but than on my Next Level wheelstand) so the Streamdecks are right next to my TSW. I don't use a shifter, EU = automatic 9 of the 10 times so i programmed the DNR buttons on my Streamdeck as well, even tip-tronic to manually move 1 gear up or down while driving automatic. But the Hori does have the looks though 👍
I had to send steering wheel back to HORI! Couldn’t get my buttons to work! They said it was a faulty steering wheel! So they are sending me a new one!
@DirtyDogsNonsense okay. Mostly the setings when first starting the game the wheel and everything will go with the seting buttons automatic. For what they are spesified for 🙂 , I put the steering range for after game setting i can put a video for it if I get to it close to how I have it on mine. It surely fits just like a real truck. Know a truck man who confirmed how they are afrer trucks though thats scania, 🤔
Fully intended to buy this wheel, but for some reason, its unavailable on UK Amazon, says they dont know if itll be back. I wonder if theyre just out of stock for now?
to my knowledge, its sold out almost everywhere, found in on the german amazona, for almost double the prise of anywhere else, and the french with a 2-3 month delivery. so have my fingers crossed for that one. found a danish site that expect to have in stock a January 4th 2026
I’m surprised you didn’t flip the bracket for the button box to lift it higher. In the video it seems,s to be uncomfortably low. I would think you could swap the shifter like on most shifters, that would solve your height and low range toggle issue. Obviously a bit of an upcharge but it might be worth it to dial your setup into how you like it. Can you revisit this when you get to a year? Keep up the content man!
Yes, I can flip it, but I don't like my shifter too high. I am thinking about trying a couple different ideas in the future, but I will make what I have work for now. :) Thanks for the compliment and thanks for watching.
Thank you I appreciate the feedback n advice. Hopefully, it works when I get home tomorrow.
You're welcome.

@benhollywood5321 for sure, I think it's a great product and I really enjoy using it. I'm glad you're enjoying it too. ☺️
Great to have an insightful review. Thank you
For sure, I will probably do a review of this every three months just to let everyone know what to expect of the product.
Nice review, this thing looks very good ngl
@m.a.n.u.e.l_GH thanks, just trying to give everyone an idea how this thing is holding up. Probably going to do a review every 3 months.
@@DirtyDogsNonsense Alright, 3 months sounds cool 💯

O, okay. Sounds like something Hori could upgrade if they choose to do so.

@Trucker-Wouter thanks, you have a cool setup too.

@NickHatfield-w3f sorry to hear that. At least the company is doing the right thing and sending you a new one. Hope you have better luck this time.
Have you downloaded the hori program designed for the wheel ? I have had mine for 5 months now and nothing is broken
@@DranweRagetotem I have, I haven't really adjusted anything in it, but everything is working fine with mine.

I managed to preorder one through Amazon UK on 2nd November, but it’s just saying arriving by 12th May 😢 who knows how long the wait could be
@ItsNotMrKing it's possible, hopefully you'll be able to purchase one soon.
I’ve noticed the analog stick when looking around sometimes stutters or isn’t smooth. Have you noticed that?
@@XrawdogX I don't use it much because sometimes it moves a little slow. I will pay extra attention to that next time I use it.
Reduce the accidental input for your thumbstick in the hori device manager
@RabKebabGL okay, I will try that.
I have another question do u unplug the AC adapter after u finished playing?
@hansolo8247 I do not, everything stays plugged in and on afterwards. If I expect bad weather, I just turn everything off.
Is you cb radio working on the left buttons
@simoneholland880 honestly, not sure. It should, but I haven't tried it yet. Lol
I will give it a go next time I play ats.
