You Should Be Embarrassed!

With everything you do, sometimes people don't approve or are confused as to why you are doing something new. On February 24, Rocky Mountain Dog launched our very first Kickstarter campaign with the Aspen Belt Bag. We received one email from a customer saying you should be embarrassed by this.
So I wanted to do a video explaining the email and our response and give some context as to why we are doing a Kickstarter project in the first place. We are not trying to embarrass the customer and we do not disclose any names, instead we thought this was a good opportunity to explain why we are doing this.
