Yes, very low psi

Yes and also makes the tire keep the shape of the ground, very useful with irregular rocks.
Regular pressure is next to 0.3 bar for rear and 0.5 for front tire.

Pros in X-Trial can go backwards. I think all us mortals will get a five for going backwards in regular trials competitions
