I also have a 620p torn down at the moment! No cylinder porting as i dont have the tools, just honing and new rings as well as muffler porting. Its a 2020!
If you think the 620 is bad to port, dont touch the 590, it's the same layout with way worse numbers. I just ported my 590, I gave up on the uppers at 127, they were 134 stock. Props to anyone who can raise those up to 122-124 and make them look nice, I cant do it.
490 cylinder has transfer caps Seems like it would be a good thing 4 the Stihl shop if the 462 blew up, chance 2 sell parts or a replacement sawðĪ· ðĪ at least in their way of thinking

the off grid guy might like the 460 lite. it's kinda simple no electronics and I can't imagine it ever having a hard time with any tree. I love it
