I love that this recipe has simple ingredients. I don't need corn syrup or inverted glucose syrup. I already have sugar, eggs, gelatin, and vanilla. I will be making these this evening with my niece. Thank you!
Love this channel so much! She makes baking and making desserts look so easy, even a novice cant mess it up. She makes you just want to try it, not make it look challenging.
I just watch the video making donuts and with custard and chocolate my favourites you are so good with your baking all of recipes are so simple and delicious and your instructions are so well explained . You are the right person for the job .
Hey Anna! Always enjoy ur channel... thank you for all the creations and professional delivery. Not only do I feel as if I’m in ur classroom, but in your inspiration room as well. You have inspired me to make creations I would never had tried without your assistance and guidance. Bless you Anna. And your family. And again thank you 🙏🏻....
I am settling into my new home in SW France. My lovely husband bought me a Kitchen Aid stand mixer for my birthday as my original had to stay in the states. I cannot wait to try this recipe for my new neighbors! Thank you for such tasty recipes!
Chef Anna Olson is my forver favorirte chef. She catches my heart in everything she do in the kitchen. And she is very humble and beautiful inside and out.And I amazingly proud here.😍😇love you Anna..
Hi Anna and team, What is preferred to go by via the gelatin powder measurement. My scale says 20 grams for 1 tbs and a half, but you are asking the same and it is equal to 8 grams. Could this be an error and it is meant to be 18 grams?
That cutting part looks like a nightmare waiting to happen for newbies like myself. Definitely adding this to my to-make list, though! Awesome as always Anna and crew!
I just thought of another question. I used to be able to buy “non-melting” powdered sugar from an Amish store in the Finger Lakes region of NYS. Id buy large quantities whenever we visited the area, but sadly they stopped carrying it. I’ve scoured the internet looking for instructions as to how I could prepare my own. No luck. I’m sure this concoction is a combination of cornstarch and 10x sugar, but how much?
John A thank you, because I just looked at King Arthur and the cost is prohibitive - $10.00 for just a pound. YIKES! Also, Confectioners Sugar already has a quantity of cornstarch already in it. I believe to stop it from clumping.

John A , I’ll certainly take a look. Thank you. I’d still like to be able to create my own, however.

John A I beg to differ, Domino’s Confectioers 10x Sugar ingredients states as follows - “Cane Sugar, Cornstarch.”
John A must be other way round. Thanks for your help.

Love your channel!! I'm shocked though, with how many dessert recipes use RAW eggs.
Why?
@@georgelewismurray6785 I don't eat raw eggs, or at least I thought I didn't. I'm surprised to learn how many recipes use raw or undercooked eggs.
