MK8DX: Feather Cup - Cnsw Order

Re-creation of the original Feather Cup as suggested by the internal numbering of the courses, which corresponds to the prefix and prefetch datamines.
Cnsw_51: Madrid Drive
Cnsw_52: Koopa Cape
Cnsw_53: Sunset Wilds
Cnsw_54: Rome Avanti

1. Tour Madrid Drive (which is the first race of the Spiny Cup in the final version)
2. Wii Koopa Cape (which is the third race of the Cherry Cup in the final version)
3. GBA Sunset Wilds (which is the second race of the Cherry Cup in the final version)
4. Tour Rome Avanti (which is the first race of the Acorn Cup in the final version)

I'm a lifelong Larry Koopa devotee; He's simply too cute and skrunkly for me to use anyone else under normal circumstances. I also pretty much exclusively use the Pipe Frame and Standard Tires just for that unbeatable classic look. I wouldn't resort to using a meta build in any case, though, because it's almost as if Nintendo intentionally chose the absolute dumbest combinations to give the best stats to.
