I was distressed seeing you use Insect Glaive without the 3 buffs activated. Always remember to get the buffs first, and then go on the attack. Your weapon gets more powerful and faster with the 3 buffs activated

Insect glaive was super overpowered in 4 and 4U, the triple nectar buff gives HUGE attack increase. They nerfed it's movement values for every game moving forward, just like the blast element
I remember beating a Rusted Kushala Daora with some randoms in around 2 minutes because it wasn't able to make a single attack due to being mounted repeatedly.

The insect glaive was such a marvel when I first used it.
3 games later I vowed to never use it ever again.

When rise took the mount system out, it kinds took the fun out of it.
Don't get me wrong, flying around the map and not touching the ground is still badass

Tried to use bug stick once... My only opinion is that Quantum Physics are way easier to understand than how to use bug stick xD
insect glaive was the most OP weapon in MH4U, you could mount ennemies super easily and knock them out
It was super broken but mounting wasn't even the main reason

Also to control when the monster moves in mounting you should press R or some other button(Last time i played it was 2014) . I remember this because i had a 50/50 rate of successfully mounting & it went upto a 90%. Do check & try , trust me it helps.
I could mount without falling if im not an impatient dumbass
You only need to hold R when the monster is trying to shake you off. Once it stops, you can continue stabbing it 😂
Never got to play 4U, but I heard those who play say that Charge blade and insect glaive being really powerful weapons. I wish capcom can port this game so I can see what I’ve missed out.

I just used KineMaster cuz im too lazy to learn how to use CapCut

Also, it's been a while since I've used Kinemaster, but I remember there was a watermark that you had to pay to get rid of. Perhaps it changed of perhaps there's other ways to get rid of it tho !
