Ingredients:
Canned Tuna: 2 cans
Onions: Red/White 1 nos
Garlic: 5 cloves
Ginger: 1/2 inch
Green chillies: 4 nos
oil
Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tbsp
Coriander pwd: 1 tbsp
Red chilli pwd: 1 tbsp
Fennel seed pwd: 1 tsp
Potatoes: 2 small boiled potatoes
Cilantro: chopped handfulOil for frying
For coating the cutlets:
1 egg white (beaten)
breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
