Prawns Biryani Recipe Fry 3 large onions until golden brown and keep aside on a paper towel Use 3 tbsp of onion fried oil and 2 tbsp of ghee Add whole spices (5-6 cloves, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 3 star anise, 3-4 cardamom) fry until aromatic Add 2 tbsp crushed ginger, garlic, and green chillies and fry until soft Add 2 chopped tomatoes and fry until cooked Add following masalas: - 1 tsp turmeric pwd - 2 tbsp chilli pwd - 1 tbsp coriander pwd - 1 tsp black pepper Mix well until the spices are cooked. Add 1/2 fried onions and mix well with the masalas Add prawns/shrimp 500 grams and cook until 80% done Preparing rice: In a separate vessel add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp ghee Add whole spices (2 bay leaves, 3-4 cloves, 1 small piece cinnamon stick, 3-4 cardamom , 2 star anise) 41/2 cups of hot water Fried onions handful Once the water starts boiling add 3 cups of rice ( Kaima/basmati/jeeragashala) Close the lid until all the water is absorbed. Add the rice on top of the prawns gravy evenly. Garnish the biryani with coriander, fried onions, coriander, cashew nuts, raisins, and ghee. Close the lid to dum/cook the biryani for 30 mins.

Hi there. I have e same one as you. Just recently installed and now there is no display and it’s simply beeping. I’ve tried resetting the breaker. Wondering if you encountered the same thing?

Hello, I have brought the same ventilator as you did. I am just wondering that how did you screw up your ventilator onto your cabinet ? when I tried, it is impossible for me to put the screw through the machine all the way into the wood strip of the cabinet because the reserved rear holes on the top of the ventilator are too close to the main fans of this item which left me with no room to operate the automatic screw driver to put the screw through. I am so curious that how did you make that happen ?

amazon says it weighs 52 pounds, is that true?
