    I previously made some negative comments on this projects. Original asking was 4cr which is ridiculous given that 1) it is just next to Andour Height, which is nothing but a vertical slum 2) Sector 71 is not fit for good living - no school, no hospital, full of Goons and Thugs - for everything you need to come to sector-49/48 3) There is no law and order in this location 4) Signature Global has no experience in building and maintaining luxury project 5) Build quality of Andour Heights is very poor, you wont expect any good from this project on this aspect

    haha Kheto me hai ye buildings .. Gurgaon in terms of service sector is doing bad ..silent layoffs .. no new fresh hiring in Tech and finance .. Big companies already moving to tier 2 and tier 3 coz of low affordability in big cities .. USA/Europe in real problem as aging popuation and dedollarization .. INVEST IN TIER2 and TIER3 cities like LUCKNOW, CHANDIGARH, INDORE, BHOPAL Jaipur etc

    From 2014 to 2021 price of new gurgaon was 5000/sq ft. Builders greed have increased price to unrealistic level of 15k-20k in the name of luxury as if diamonds will be placed on concrete walls with too much focus on density. This has outpriced service class who is the real buyer.. these prices are way above average price of Bangalore, pune, Hyderabad which is around 9-10k with much wider and better tech companies.

      Agreed, its inorganic growth of price. Builders are just increasing price without market research and demand expectations. Prices will consolidate further so wait and watch.

    1 bari signature andour heights ka Google Reviews dekhna, itni bezatti ho rkhi hai ki bas pucho mat. Aur koi bata raha tha 70-80lakh me ja rhe flats 😂😂😂 2024 me bi waha light nai aati pure din.
