I myself was planning to buy a flat in gurgaon but have completely dropped my plan. Instead would go for other cities with fair pricing.
Quality of IT companies in Ggn is not as good as Hyderabad & Bangalore. It’s all NRI investment which created bubble . And now job market in USA is gloomy . Distress sales waiting to happen .
