- The Alpine A110 is a different kind of sports car - lighter, more agile, and less powerful than its conventional sports car rivals.
This new 2020 Alpine A110S version, though, is closer than the lesser, standard, A110. With 288bhp it can do 0-62mph in 4.4 seconds and has a top speed of 162mph.
Which makes it closer to the benchmark car in the mid-engined, two-seat sports car class: the Porsche 718 Cayman.
This, then, is the 2020 Porsche 718 Cayman T, the Alpine A110S's closest rival. It has a 2.0-litre flat four turbocharged engine making 296bhp, can go from 0-62mph in 5.1sec and has a top speed of 171mph.

Love them both, but would rather take regular A110 or used 981 GTS
I have chosen already and bought the A110S (same color and options like in the video)
Really enjoyed the conversation between you two in the A110S. The detail both went into made me get a better understanding of both cars and that's amazing. Porsche has a manual which instantly makes it better than the Alpine in my opinion. "Nuggetieness" had me laughing for awhile

Those who have never driven the Alpine cannot even know how exceptional it is to drive.
The alpine makes a great performance package, but it just the price that makes it to change the minds of everyone
