Finished!😲lol. Started these about 2 weeks ago and I can really see a big difference in my inner thigh jiggle. It's not as jiggly! Going to keep these up. Oh yes, this workout is getting easier. Doesn't burn near as bad as when I 1st started. Going to do about 2 more sets each time I do them. Thanks Josie🌺 Hopefully the more I keep these up, my legs will look as fabulous as yours☺
Wow, you are doing so well! For an extra challenge you can add ankles weights to keep the burn alive. lol. Go LaSonia!

Aging has really destroyed my inner thighs and butt. Tried many exercises and hoping this works. Today is day 1. Will update you. But can already feel the burn. I am in Uganda. Thanks

Hey Josie, the third ex's of squeezing the pillow is the only exercise that completely involves the adductors ..the rest two exs will make your hip flexors and also abductors work... However, the first two exs should be done only by people who have really good core strength and can keep the core engaged, otherwise it will be detrimental for the back...it will hurt the back and also one may not be able to execute the correct form....being a physiotherapist...sharing My perspective

Everything I have seen so far I like and will definitely be using....legs & abs can't do enough of those 🙂

I’ve got 30lbs left to lose from my second baby and he’s almost 3 so yeah I totally get needing to restart a weight loss journey. I’m there with ya girl! I just started Josie but she really motivates me and I love that she targets the areas that mommies need to focus on especially. What is the Apple Vidal vinegar trick you mentioned though? Do I have to like drink some every day or something?

I love all your videos,. They are not complicated moves and easy to follow. I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for 47 years. Exercise is crucial for keeping my blood sugars under control. I have taken several bad falls in the last year. So I have been sidelined several times this year due to my injuries. I am anxious to start with your videos to get me back in shape. I have very bad balance, have you ever thought about doing a video to improve balance? I really enjoy you.
