There's less demand for color-variants of lead-Gundams (especially non-UC ones where there's usually only one or a few of each) so ones like the Perfect Strike Freedom or Livelance Heaven take more liberties in how they reuse/remix parts to draw people into buying the "What If?" version of their favorite lead mecha instead. The one that gets me though is the Wing Zero Sky... it really falls into neither camp, and despite looking very pretty, I know I'll never buy it because I already have an HGAC Wing Zero and I have no reason to get a second since I'm not an AC-enthusiast - I just wanted a good Gundam to pose alongside the four Leos I got on the cheap because I love me some Leos. The Barbataurus is at least unique and I want one of those Blazing Gundams if the opportunity ever arises because it's so imaginative and I love me some G Gundam. There's just no selling point to the Wing Zero Sky and it's the only one that makes me wonder why they made it, if they weren't going to change the design or re-engineer the parts in preparation for a re-release of the normal Wing Zero or an encouragement for people to kitbash it with an HGAC Wing Zero to get a better final kit. I have no idea who the target audience of that specific kit is - especially since, on store shelves, I see it right next to the actual HGAC Wing Zero all the time, so it's not like the original kit is hard to find, even in physical storefronts.

I'm a beginner builder, started just last month with the HG Destiny Gundam kit, which I picked by chance off a shelf just thinking it looked the coolest at the store. Just ordered the Astray Red Inversion and I'm really looking forward to building it. I've found these Battlelogue kits to be some of the most readily available and I hadn't noticed how cool the 00 Command is, might set it aside for a next build.... Just went to my local Gunpla store 1 hour ago before and i just discovered this video cuz i was looking for others Gundam breaker kit, there was 00 Command, ground Type, blazing and the perfect strike, well since i love the color scheme i went asap with this One, cool to see i made the right the decision!
I have Helios, Livelance heaven, wing sky zero, am working on perfect strike freedom and I just finished Barbataurus, and I have to say out of them all, Barbataurus is my favorite. Just because I love Barbatos (although I do agree with the video in the fact that a playoff of the Barbatos Lupus Rex would’ve been awesome) and the centaur look is cool and honestly despite the looseness of the centaur joint parts, the gundam poses quite well. My only problem is how the pose the weapons on Barbataurus but I solved that quickly
I'd say the Red Frame Inversion is the most impactful Battlogue kit to buy bc of the shoulder joints, at least for people who like to customize kits. It's backwards-compatible with any HG that uses the PC 1 polycap for the shoulders, which is a good amount of HGs from 2008 onwards. When the HG Red Frame + Flight Unit first came out, most HGs used the PC 1 into a peg joint design for the shoulders. Generally, it was the most articulate standard for HG shoulder joints back then. Ball jointed shoulders were sort of limited to the HG 00 S2 gundams and HG Age Vagan suits, as well as some HGUCs at the time (but not consistently - like half of HGUCs around that time also used peg shoulders). There were sort of 2 competing standards and the universal peg joint the original kit used was the more versatile of the two. Since the standard has skewed towards ball joint shoulders over the past decade, Bandai had to give us parts that make the Red Frame's shoulders, which originally used the PC 1 polycap, to be compatible with the standard ball joint shoulders for HGs nowadays. This inadvertently makes the parts compatible with a good deal of HGs. As far as I'm aware, there's no other retail option part that does this. Having built the HG Red Frame + Flight Unit when it came out and the Inversion yesterday, I'd say the base kit holds up pretty well. It was incredible when it came out - for only 1700 yen, you got a very good base HG Red Frame and every possible accessory you could want with the base version of the Red Frame - no one expected the Tactical Reconnaissance BuCue head; it was literally a weapon that Lowe used for like 10 seconds before accidentally throwing it away and the fact that it can attach to the HG BuCue is icing on the cake. It came with both the flat 00/Age and standard (at the time) HGUC beams, when kits that should have had beam effects often didn't include them only a few years before. This truly was the pinnacle of the HG Seed line and definitely paved the way for HGCE kits.
The number 10 one is the only time i thought about just throwing away the kit the arms did the dame on mine plus the torso would disconnect from the waist anytime you bumped it.. i just super glued the whole kit
I notice a lot of people don't enjoy barbataurus as much as I do, but I enjoy it since it was on my wishlist for a long time ever since I noticed it wasn't a person customized kit And the attention to detail, and also a list of things that make it unique 1. The fact that the gunpla is based on a very unique gundam, which usually a gundam has the same pattern but the barbatos literally broke that pattern and there's a lot of stuff about it that makes it unique like the shape of the head and the fact that part of it's frame is showing, the barbatos with a centaur and evil looking pattern is such a clever design 2. The eyes are usually green or yellow, depending on the color, but for this, it's totally different because I always thought blue eyes would go very well with certain gundams and then there's finally a gundam with blue eyes 3. Usually, a gundam has two horns or antennas or whatever you guys call it, but this gundam totally ignores the past patterns and only has one, and in the show, the story of the reason why it only has one horn is very clever(like the fricking fact that he just cut it off with a nipper, oh sorry did I spoil the show?) 4. Ok, four words(funny how this is part four of the list) "There is no white" ok seriously the only other gundam I can think of that has no white is the banshee, and the phenex Even deathscythe hell has white on it! 5. One of the main reasons of this gundam is the fact that this gundam has FOUR LEGS. Literally, there's no other gundam that has four legs and is one of the main reasons why it's so unique! 6. Ok, this reason was kind of discussed on reason No.1 but wasn't truly detailed. This gundam looks absolutely EVIL with a lot of spikes and other stuff that makes it look evil. Usually, those little vents on the chest of most gundam are yellow and have three lines across, but this guy has literally SPIKES coming out of his chest, which looks VERY EVIL and the one on the front flap of the waist and the shoulders and more! 7. The main weapon is also VERY UNIQUE. Whoever thought of the bow and arrow should get a raise because usually a gundam is equipped with a beam rifle instead of a bow and arrow 8. If the barbataurus was transported into the IBO universe, then it would be the strongest gundam in that universe since it has TWO SETS OF AHAB REACTORS 9. I don't know if this is rambling, but I'm just explaining the reason above, but basically, the way the 2 other legs connect to the base is that you make ANOTHER FRAME FOR THE TORSO! isn't that very crazy! Basically, you build the frame of the torso and then build a little bit of the frame for the shoulders, then make legs and waist, and the legs and the waist are actually customized! 10. There's a runner dedicated to the customized parts for this particular gunpla! It's not all of the parts, but it's most of it 11. I actually enjoyed the build, but please don't hate me for saying that we all have different opinions. It's probably because I wanted barbataurus for so long, or I actually took the time and cleaned up the nub marks, but the fact is that it was one of my most fun builds that I have done so I am sorry for the ones that didn't enjoy building barbataurus If you actually read this whole comment, thank you for reading it! This was just my opinion on the barbataurus, and I really wanted it for so long that it meant a lot to me. I do not hate the people who don't like it because it's a matter of opinion. "So long and good night" -MCR
This was a nice read! Thank you for taking the time to type all of this out. I’m glad you are enjoying the Barbataurus so much. While it wasn’t my favorite out of the box build, it’s still one of the neater additions conceptually and I’ve been fiddling with mine sporadically to customize the centaur theme into more of a Kimaris Trooper take.
I’m sorry you didn’t have as good a time with it, I’m working on a video where I mod the Barbataurus into a little more functional of a centaur, so keep your eyes peeled for that and maybe you can fix yours up too!
really interested in picking up the 00 Command Qanta, never gotten the original Quanta only the Astraea Type F and dig kits with lots of armaments/accessories. Already finished with the Gundam Ground Urban Combat type and really liked it (perhaps will pick up the original Ground Type gundams
I've built the 00 Command Qant and it deserves the number one ranking. Also built the Barbataurus, may look great but its more of a statue when assembled all together. Had to top coat it so it won't be a hand grenade. It's not the worst but it ain't the best either.
I will be making a custom barbataurus kitbash i have three of them and I’m gonna use them all along with a few barbatos to create something spectacular 🤩
I've recently received the Ground UCT Gundam and the Command Quant Gundam. They're night and day in terms of quality! The former is way too loose with some cool accessories, while the latter has cool accessories and actually stays upright!
I wish I had ur Collection of Gunpla but I Only Have a HG Gundam Helios Model That I just finished Building a Few Days Ago & I do see your point about the waist area but I do love the Gunpla very much for being my first one
Helios is visually stunning, I only wish it was more structurally sound. Were it’s waist connection a bit stronger I would have ranked him higher for sure!
@@oeufski this. Helios looks so cool but he gets Darth mauled whenever i try and pose him, its just a damper on an otherwise great kit. Found that a 1mm steel wire fits really well from the ball joint to the torso and its invisible. Doesn't fix all the problems but it keeps him from getting bisected constantly.
you know it would be great if you make worst & best from other series too like urdr hunt, since it really interesting to see what the best kit and worst from that series 😊
If I could go back in time knowing what I do now there are definitely a couple I would have avoided but there are also some great kits in this line! Hopefully the video helped.
I wish they made an equivalent of baratauros as an upgrade for red frame inversion. Like give us an inverted new flight pack and New V fin at the very least
That would have been interesting, perhaps take some elements from the Amatsu Mina Gold Frame for the flight pack? It could be a fun kitbash if nothing else. Thanks for sharing!

Fun fact the barbataurus back legs and skirting can be converted into the gundam barbaric I did that with mine actually and it looks better in my opinion
I skipped the purely recolor pallette swap ones. I mean, if I just want a different color only, I can paint it. Agreed that Command and Barbie are best. Everything with actual "new" designs smashed together was worth the buy. But I also played the mobile game so I felt like I had to...
@@oeufski Gundam Breaker Mobile is actually a really good game for mobile. Still a regular gotcha game, but a great resource for customs designs. Really helpful to test ideas on your phone, instead of needing to draw them out or just use your imagination...Sadly it's a few years old now, so it seems Bandai will probably let it die soon...
@@oeufski I was actually thinking about picking up the SD kit for my younger brother to build, but I didn't know if it was too simple for him. The only think he's built is the entry grade XR-78.
I enjoyed the SD Command Gundam, it has some interesting build choices, the rockets on the launcher are actually a piece and not a sticker, and the V-Fin comes in a mirrored chrome plastic which is pretty neat. It’s not complex by any means but it’s a fun build.
00 2nd season and movie's Gundam kits already great when released that year. It's drastically improved compared to 1st season which have mediocre articulation like HG SEED-DESTINY (not HGCE) that released before.
A lot of online Gunpla retailers still have the Battlogue kits in stock, some even have them on sale because Bandai made so many of them. Good luck finding the kit and I hope you don’t overpay for it!
@@oeufski really? im glad that there's a abundance to go around. i got them all for $24.99 and one time they had a sale buy 2 get 1 half off. and currently the inverse is around $24-26 so that's not bad
That's a good point about how a new version of a kit could get old quick if no improvements where made, like with the comparison you made between the quanta and wing, I'd say wing has had that issue, since there only really three completely different versions of quanta in HGs(trans-am ver. not counted since it's pretty much a color variant), wing have a few from all of its version, but nothing can beat unicorn, which got old so quickly. I pretty much just glance over a newly released unicorn kit cuz I'm not interested anymore, and I'd bet it wouldn't take that long for the MGEX Unicorn to have the same issue.
I agree, especially with all the innovation that’s happened with the Unicorns over the years some of the older HG kits for the separate unicorn and destroy modes seem kind of pointless in light of the RG kits which can transform.
Now with the MGSD line, if that were ever to actuall happen, I immediately thought of the Star Winning and RX-Zeromaru, although I still don't know what to feel if I'd see a giant SD kit, but it would still be interesting. Back to what your video is about, I hope that there'd be a new batch of Gundam Breaker Battlogue kita in the future, cuz it seems like the second batch from the build series (BFTry & BDRe:Rise) have always had a better set of kits, if not a bit repetitive in the case of the Core Gundam kits, but that kind of innovation I think is one of the best we've had, where there's a tiny gundam that you can give different armor parts and make it taller but don't compromise the quality that much. The gimmick itself wouldn't really work on every kit but if the engineering used is applied to other kits in other ways, it could improve them a lot.
I’m very excited about the MGSD myself, curious as to how it’ll be done. I would definitely like to see another round of Build kits but I think that along with the innovation you described to keep things fresh, we need to have more consistent base models. I would love to have some kind of custom HG Zock Build Kit but you would have to pair it with other kit bases from around that 2007 release time or else you’ll have it overshadowed by the kits with newer more mechanically sound bases much like we saw with the current Battle breaker line.
You mentioning the Zock reminded me of the aquatic mobile suits in Seed. And yeah hopefully they'd get something in the future. And speaking of seed, there area a few manga exclusive gunplas in the build series that I really wish would have a kit, like the Command Astray since I think those astray kits from 2013 are still good and the Acce [Rize] as a minor upgrade to the Anima [Rize]. Another thing is for the new innovations and engineering that they'll do, I hope that more kits will benefit from it especially if they'd release more remastered HGs.
Mine will goes like this : 1. Command qant (Is Perfect incarnation of combined qant and command Gundam Together.) 2. Livelance heaven (Is Perfect counterpart of death scythe hell.) 3. Perfect strike freedom (Is what should be Strike freedom to be, a strike Gundam with freedom trait.) 4. Helios (Is perfect definition of beam powerhouse.) 5. Barbataurus (Is perfect incarnation of demon and centaur with IBO gundam.) 6. Astray inversion (Is dark samurai) 7. Ground urban Gundam (Dark Ground Gundam) 8. Gouf crimson (Gouf with char as pilot) 9. Wing Gundam sky (Wing Gundam with brighten colour) 10. Blazing Gundam (just God Gundam with new armor and accessories) Note : all recolour or reversion Gundam have an extra part/adapter except Ground Gundam urban.👀
Something I would like to add about the Gouf Crimson, Ground Gundam, and Astry that were not mentioned. The Gouf adds parts to kitbash the backpack onto different kits. It's small, but a nice touch. The Ground Gundam adds different shoulders that are molded better than the original kit. It's a small thing, but it makes a lot of difference. And now you have an extra set of Ground Gundam shoulders for kitbashes. The Astray converts the shoulders/arms and torso to be compatible with modern kits. It also has different backpack adapters to not only allow other backpacks to attach to the Astray, but for the Astray backpack to attach onto other kits. Of all of the recolors the Astray brought the most with its redesign.
@@Dairy_defender is it? I'll have to check the runners again and my spare parts, but I don't recall any spare head parts. I think the head is the same mold.
Thank you, I appreciate it! If you need some more kits for your backlog check out leapingpandahobbies.com and use my promo code “egghead” for 10% off your order!
In fairness some of them are pretty sweet recolors. Had they fixed some of the mechanical issues to accompany those paint jobs some of them would have placed higher for sure!
My list of the ones I have 1) Command Quanta 2) Helios gundam 3) Livelance Heaven 4) Gouf Crimson Custom I really don't like the wing or perfect strike so I'd never get them lol
A few of the online retailers I use have the Gundam Breaker kits in stock at retail or lower, I can’t speak on shopping options if you’re outside the USA though.
i have always loved aestheric of the ground type, but that chest construction in the model and all it's variants ruin it for me and I wish what could be done for it.
Coincidentally, Ral in the original series was 35 during the OYW, and while fact checking myself i also found that the gouf r35 aired, coincidentally, 35 years after Ral and hisngouf aired in the original series. Pretty neat.
I hadn’t watched build fighters before making this video, didn’t realize it was supposed to be Italian pronunciations on that kit. At least I didn’t break any spaghetti in half haha
All the kits before helios ARE ment to be repaints and just that, should they be higher on the list?no.... But i dont think they are bad kits on their own
Some of the kits like the Astray Inversion are awesome kits but it’s only because they don’t bring anything new to the table why they’re lower down. As a stand alone kit the Inversion is one of my favorites but it’s only when I look at it within the context of it being a release of ten that we see how erratic Bandai was with their treatment of the individual models.
Not kidding, although the 00 Qant and The command are old kits mashed into one. They’re extremely well executed. The things a brick shit house. Its not in the slightest loose either. The best part? Its a badass kit with a shit ton of things to fiddle with. You like a shield? U like a shield with a blaster on it? U like a shield the two knives on it? Hell yes sir. The gun and shoulder cannon makes it better. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Blazing gundam's katoki thighs really piss me off. The source kit is like 10 years old. With all the new tooling they did for it, youd think theyd fix the legs better. But starving g fans just gotta be happy they get anything at all i guess
I'd like to say that your pacing is th-cam.com/video/DbPvedB_uiU/w-d-xo.html , but if you write your talking points prior to recording, it might improve.
Battlogue is so much better than HG to use for kitbash. Battlogue + 30MM = better than lego. Honestly lego has been slacking and Bandai is only getting better.
@@oeufski I started out my journey with PG Gundam. I love the complexity. I’m now finding myself using HG for upgrades to my 30MM and 30MS characters. I’m really into megami device, but I never say anything because it makes me sound like a pervert. Cybernetic femme fatale is freaking awesome tho.
Blazing Gundam is not that good at all limited possibility arms only go 90 degrees and the legs don't move much either this should be lower than Helios
I appreciate you sharing your perspective! My list is just opinion and by no means definitive. I’m happy that it’s spurring discussion between builders.

I spoiled myself by starting on the Battlogue kits with the Quanta Command. That's a killer kit and worthy of the top spot.
I couldn’t agree more!
It was the first Gunpla I ever got when I found out there were no AC6 plamo yet
Amazing video! Very happy this popped up in my reccomended
Thank you very much, I appreciate it!
Super sick dude. First timer here. I've got a plethora of gunpla that I've just been getting back into. No space to display them sucks lol
I feel that, I’ve been trying to rotate my displays periodically but it’s not as fun.
That’s awesome! Happy building!
That tamale pot, tho! 🤣
0:47 I don’t think i’ve ever heard something more accurate than that
The number 10 one is the only time i thought about just throwing away the kit the arms did the dame on mine plus the torso would disconnect from the waist anytime you bumped it.. i just super glued the whole kit
If I had to include all the footage of me putting the Wing Sky back together between poses this video would be an hour long 😅
Only models I have are the astray red frame inversion, the urban combat type, the Helios, and blazing gundam
Pleasantly surprised Quant took the top spot. I loved building mine and it comes with a bonus head om the runners!
The bonus head is awesome, and it doesn’t look too out of place straight off the runners when you put it on.
I notice a lot of people don't enjoy barbataurus as much as I do, but I enjoy it since it was on my wishlist for a long time ever since I noticed it wasn't a person customized kit
And the attention to detail, and also a list of things that make it unique
1. The fact that the gunpla is based on a very unique gundam, which usually a gundam has the same pattern but the barbatos literally broke that pattern and there's a lot of stuff about it that makes it unique like the shape of the head and the fact that part of it's frame is showing, the barbatos with a centaur and evil looking pattern is such a clever design
2. The eyes are usually green or yellow, depending on the color, but for this, it's totally different because I always thought blue eyes would go very well with certain gundams and then there's finally a gundam with blue eyes
3. Usually, a gundam has two horns or antennas or whatever you guys call it, but this gundam totally ignores the past patterns and only has one, and in the show, the story of the reason why it only has one horn is very clever(like the fricking fact that he just cut it off with a nipper, oh sorry did I spoil the show?)
4. Ok, four words(funny how this is part four of the list) "There is no white" ok seriously the only other gundam I can think of that has no white is the banshee, and the phenex
Even deathscythe hell has white on it!
Whoever thought of the bow and arrow should get a raise because usually a gundam is equipped with a beam rifle instead of a bow and arrow
8. If the barbataurus was transported into the IBO universe, then it would be the strongest gundam in that universe since it has TWO SETS OF AHAB REACTORS
It's not all of the parts, but it's most of it
11. I actually enjoyed the build, but please don't hate me for saying that we all have different opinions. It's probably because I wanted barbataurus for so long, or I actually took the time and cleaned up the nub marks, but the fact is that it was one of my most fun builds that I have done so I am sorry for the ones that didn't enjoy building barbataurus
If you actually read this whole comment, thank you for reading it!
Command QanT was my first Gundam I ever got and its still my favorite to this day.
That’s awesome! I’m glad the Battlogue kits have been a good gateway for people, especially in the west.
@@oeufski unfortunately barbataurus was my third gunpla set and its my least favorite set out of my collection
Do it! I have an SD Ground Type I’ll be reviewing in the (near?) future.
I've built the 00 Command Qant and it deserves the number one ranking. Also built the Barbataurus, may look great but its more of a statue when assembled all together. Had to top coat it so it won't be a hand grenade. It's not the worst but it ain't the best either.
I agree! If the Barbataurus was a little sturdier it would have been one of the best.
I will be making a custom barbataurus kitbash i have three of them and I’m gonna use them all along with a few barbatos to create something spectacular 🤩
Barbatos Centipede?? Whatever it is, keep me posted!
I've recently received the Ground UCT Gundam and the Command Quant Gundam. They're night and day in terms of quality! The former is way too loose with some cool accessories, while the latter has cool accessories and actually stays upright!
I’m glad you’re enjoying them!
I just used the barbataurus as kitbash fuel, half for my entry grade strike and another half for my full package build strike
That’s awesome! There’s a lot of options since it’s just 2 IBO kits in one box.
@@oeufski yup! I used the second gundam frame torso piece and modded the entry grade strike’s torso around it
That’s really cool 😎
I wish I had ur Collection of Gunpla but I Only Have a HG Gundam Helios Model That I just finished Building a Few Days Ago & I do see your point about the waist area but I do love the Gunpla very much for being my first one
I’m glad you’re enjoying it! I have a similar soft spot for the HG Gundam Bael since it was my first build.
I think Helios should have been higher, personally. It's got so much going on, and blends it all into an incredibly pleasing package.
That’s a good idea! Plus it’s less obtrusive then glueing the waist.
you know it would be great if you make worst & best from other series too like urdr hunt, since it really interesting to see what the best kit and worst from that series 😊
That’s a great idea! I’ll have to see what series I have enough of to do the next round.
I do like the bronze energy pipe details on the Barbiebull... I went with silver/chrome on mine and it gets lost in all the dark plastic.
Thank you!
I was considering buying the recolor kits but i was afraid i was getting an existing kit with no upgrades, articulation improvements.
You mean a red frame + MSTMFA-802 BuCUE?
You just sold me on that Blazing Gundam 😁

@@oeufski Much appreciated 🙏!!!
Love this HGBB line and HGGO line..
Fun fact the barbataurus back legs and skirting can be converted into the gundam barbaric I did that with mine actually and it looks better in my opinion
That sounds really cool! I’m currently modifying my Barbataurus to be a little more like the Kimaris Trooper.
Same!
I skipped the purely recolor pallette swap ones. I mean, if I just want a different color only, I can paint it. Agreed that Command and Barbie are best. Everything with actual "new" designs smashed together was worth the buy. But I also played the mobile game so I felt like I had to...
I’ve been meaning to play the games but only have the SD Generation Crossrays under my belt so far.
That’s a good idea, to use it as a kitbash resource!
As an Ohioan, the Joe Burrow comment got you a sub. Can you recommend any other kits similar to the Quant? It was definitely my favorite of the line
I’d be happy to, are there any specific things you liked about the QanT that you’d want in your next build?
I like this, difinetly subscribing
I’m glad, Thank you!
Couldn't agree more with the top pick, the 00 Qant body is the best for being fairly old.
I have to laugh because when comparing it to the SD Command side by side the SD kits weapons were bigger than the HG’s!
It's drastically improved compared to 1st season which have mediocre articulation like HG SEED-DESTINY (not HGCE) that released before.
i have all of them except the red astray inverse. got them all at target a few months ago. gonna have to look on ebay.
Honestly Im just glad the astray had a balljoint too. It feels so good to constantly pose compared to the original weird... peg joint. Thing
I agree! It’s such a dynamic kit
Mine will goes like this :
1. Command qant (Is Perfect incarnation of combined qant and command Gundam Together.)
2. Livelance heaven (Is Perfect counterpart of death scythe hell.)
3. Perfect strike freedom (Is what should be Strike freedom to be, a strike Gundam with freedom trait.)
4. Helios (Is perfect definition of beam powerhouse.)
5. Barbataurus (Is perfect incarnation of demon and centaur with IBO gundam.)
6. Astray inversion (Is dark samurai)
7. Ground urban Gundam (Dark Ground Gundam)
8. Gouf crimson (Gouf with char as pilot)
9. Wing Gundam sky (Wing Gundam with brighten colour)
10. Blazing Gundam (just God Gundam with new armor and accessories)
Note : all recolour or reversion Gundam have an extra part/adapter except Ground Gundam urban.👀
Thanks for sharing, I appreciate your reasonings behind them as well!
This one :) this is the actual info we need :)
Don't forget the head of the urban combat type is different from the original
@@Dairy_defender is it? I'll have to check the runners again and my spare parts, but I don't recall any spare head parts. I think the head is the same mold.

Awsome vid!
Thank you!
It's no surprise that the lower end of the list is all the direct recolour kits.
In fairness some of them are pretty sweet recolors. Had they fixed some of the mechanical issues to accompany those paint jobs some of them would have placed higher for sure!

we really need the Barbaric
My list of the ones I have
1) Command Quanta
2) Helios gundam
3) Livelance Heaven
4) Gouf Crimson Custom
I really don't like the wing or perfect strike so I'd never get them lol
That’s fair! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for calling out the flimsyness of the torso on the Urban Combat Gundam. Really bothered me. About to glue it before painting
You’re welcome! How’re you planning to paint yours?
Now, if only the price of these kits didn't sky-rocket because of the GunPla shortage.

I agree, I plan on covering more of those variants to see if any of them have the same issues.
I have the live lance and gouf custom
??? Dom R35 is named simmilar to Gouf R35, but the reason why is because his name is Ral (the R part) and he is allegedly 35 years old. Allegedly.
Coincidentally, Ral in the original series was 35 during the OYW, and while fact checking myself i also found that the gouf r35 aired, coincidentally, 35 years after Ral and hisngouf aired in the original series. Pretty neat.
Also you put the gouf customs cuff on upside down, how did you do that?
Loving the facts you’re dropping! Also, didn’t realize I put the piece on backwards 🥲 but now I know!
What's a "Renaskatta"?
Exactly!
Wait there was an entry grade from this series?!
Yes sir, the Entry Grade RX-78-2 “America Type” was a Target Exclusive. I covered it in a previous video if you want to see more of it!

Does Daddy Dom work at DILF BDubs? This makes me want to build my Command Quant kit so badly!
I would say yes, the Dom works at B-Dubs, and you definitely should build your Qan[T], it’s such a good kit!
Fenice Rinascada?
I started watching Build Fighters after I made this video and I realize now that I butchered that pronunciation.

That’s true, it’s like Barbatos without a mace.
Blazing gundam's katoki thighs really piss me off. The source kit is like 10 years old. With all the new tooling they did for it, youd think theyd fix the legs better.
But starving g fans just gotta be happy they get anything at all i guess
Agreed, across the entire Battlogue line there were many opportunities to fix glaring issues on some of these kits yet they didn’t.

Thank you for the feedback
Battlogue is so much better than HG to use for kitbash. Battlogue + 30MM = better than lego. Honestly lego has been slacking and Bandai is only getting better.
I agree, Kitbashing has never been easier!
