You four are so hilarious and so entertaining! Another great explore! We here in the US do believe the pubs are the heartbeat of the UK❣️Loved the tiles on the fireplace and the color of the walls! Looked to be a very comfy place! Seems they had good taste w/ the yogurts & cheese, LOL! Good selection of spirits! Such a shame they had a fire and it all ended! So glad you all found it and were able to explore and show us the vibe of a modern pub. Lovely view and tasty menu! Even the bathrooms were impressive! The drums & keyboard! Very sad! So, so much left behind! Really wish it could be salvaged! Stay safe and thank you for continuing to share so much for everyone to enjoy❣️Tour de France at the end was beyond! 😂
Aww I love Edd, he calls everyone “ mush “ and my dear old Dad used to do the same, I Havnt heard anyone else say it for such a long time. Another brilliant explore Alex, keep em coming “ mush” 👍🤭🥰🐾
What can I say, You guys show us so much respect to these sites you go too. Question have you full in love with a site and you wish you could buy it and do it up. Keep up with the great work you guys are showing us out there.
Thank you Nanny! Apologies there was no premier last night, just been uber busy of late! Again though thank you for the donation and kind words as always, see you next week!!
Thank you to Alex Ned Eddy and Steve for turning a burnt pub into a very interesting explore . Was Ned ever in a band , as he seems to be at home with drums , Here Here . Steve is the smart one , he keeps his hands in his pockets and leaves no traces behind . There was a ton of expensive stuff left behind , it was a shame as it will probably wind up rotting away . Till next time stay well , keep undercover , I cant wait to see what you do next . Stuart in Canada ..
Yet another great video from you guys. As always I enjoyed this one and have just been checking out some interesting pics on Google maps showing what it looked like before the fire when they were still in business. Beautiful place with the views from the back garden decking area. So sad to see it now fallen to ruins. Thanks for posting.
Just watched this one all the way from Australia…. This was a good explore, so much to look at! You are my favourite explorers Entertaining and down to earth Feels like you are in the room the way you film it
I agree. These dudes are so humble. And even comical with some of their conversations. I love they watch out for one another. The twins remind me of spiders who can literally walk up the walls or even holes to get where they need to get. This is one of my very favorite channels on TH-cam. I always look forward to watching their videos. These dudes find the very best places to explore. They're greeeaaaat!
Ed is so funny 😂 he keeps it interesting for sure 😂 God love him Very cool find guys it's crazy how much is in there it looks like it was a nice place at one time ,,it's a big place ,,,cool find ,,,thanks gor the video I enjoyed watching it,,,,, What a fun thing you guys do,,,, so much cool finds and explores I love it
More great content your the only chanel me and the Mrs both enjoy keep up the great work and stay safe I was trying to find the older video which had the old Yellow Rolls Royce in the garage has it been taken down I can’t find it.
@@amandamaggs7621 No. There is is to leave the place as it is found. They remove nothing. That would be a criminal act. These guys abide by their respect and genuine interest in the find! They never take a thing!!
That was an interesting explore. Have to agree that it would have been an awesome pub back in the day. It's sad that they couldn't go back and save anything. Good on Neddy for having a hit on the drums.
I bet that was a very nice pub to frequent back in the day. It is sad. It would cost quite a lot to rebuild that place back to it's glory days. That overlook would have been quite the view I bet.
I bet that was a lovely pub back in its heyday. Always a shame to see pubs like this abandoned and destroyed by fire. Thanks Alex and crew, great explore, I love seeing old pubs, there was so many like this one back in the day sad that they are dying out with all these franchises taking over xx
Love the mirror in the ladies also loved the two fireplaces Anna can imagine the wood outside with a glass top on it would look really nice 😊 I wonder if the telly still works😂
Hi Alex, one thing I really love about your channel ,is the variety of locations. I have always loved the UK, and you have shown me, via your videos, so many beautiful locations & miltary history. I am ex Royal Australia Navy Intelligence, (1986-1996)...so love your videos relating to Com Cen bunkers...they are very similar to the surroundings I worked in during those years. Thank you for putting in the time and professional effort in each vudeo. Please dont stop. I know I will keep watching. Take care. Debbi from Western Australia 🇦🇺🌏😁👍
Thanks for sharing yet another great explore! It's such 42:36 a shame to see these places fall apart and decay, but the things you guys discover are unreal. As someone else said, it will be very interesting to see what develops on this site!
Great stuff Guy's. Ned was right about those Premier drums. They're collectors items now. What a shame they're left there to rot, or eventually end up in a skip along with a good quality Pearl kit. It's hard to reconcile that most of the contents will eventually be thrown away.. £1,000's worth of kitchenware etc. It's also thrown up another closely guarded secret with all that "homemade" tinned food 😅
Awesome explore Alex - and nice to see Ed, Ned and Steve. It was obviously a popular gastro pub with lovely views down the hill - shame it caught fire. Amazing so much left is still intact considering the damage - those lovely drums!! Will be interesting to see what happens to the place🧐 Great video 👍👍
Looking at the state of decay in that building, you'd have thought it would have been abandoned for over 10 years, especially where the walls and floors have collapsed and the greenery has started to sprout all over the place - but its crazy to think that according to the news it happened on 20th July 2021, as you say in the description, summer 2021, that means its only taken 2 and a half years for that level of rot to set in. It is also crazy that the place is still allowed to stand there in that state with it being such a beautiful area - the local residents must be up in arms about having to drive past it. Also, to leave musical instruments there in that container is such a criminal waste - I hope someone sees this video and goes there to "rescue" them as it seems no-one else is bothered what happens to them. Could have been an insurance job seeing as this happened during the height of Covid 19 lockdowns and the place would have been closed and making no money. Real shame.
from the reviews i've read on this place from 3 years ago, 6 years ago and more this was clearly not a very well run place and i could see why they made no money, before during and after covid, id say it problaby was an insurance job
Good Evening everyone. Please press the like, share and subscribe. Give Vacant Haven a boost in rating. They are soooo worth it. Alex and his elite crew are great at what they do and honest genuine explorers! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
I love, love, love, watching you guys. E d always has a way of bringing laughter with his cute tactics. You always respect the places you go to. You respect your fan base by not swearing. What I truly respect about you all is you do not bring 6 other extra people with you with no cameras, yet all wearing backpacks. Example: Those six extras aren't with you (not you) "to film" because they have no cameras. Those six are all carrying back packs, so while the fake azz "You Tuber" is filming, the beautiful abandoned house, his six buds are stealing everything they can put their grimy little fingers on. This type of so-called "TH-camr" who doesn't even care how his videos turn out. He admitted to it. And man, are they crappy! He claims he's only doing it as a "hobby"? If that were the case, why film and then post you and your army of thieves going to abandoned properties in the first place? Just be a crook and go rip it off. Why be so shady? Yes, Im speaking of one inparticular TH-camr from the UK who is a fake. You guys film, and I've never observed even one of you ever carrying a backpack with you. Even if an extra one or two people are included in the explorer. There are the legit and their are the fakes explorers. You guys are very much legit, and I love watching you guys together. I bet that was a busy pub back in the day. Can imagine that beer garden/ veranda packed on a summers evening
Great 👍 video thanks everyone 👏
There looks like a lot of things are still salvageable.
Went a few times. Nice place. Always surprised when I pass by that it has not been salvaged or turned into housing.
It's not a patch on what happened to The Crooked House at Himley near Dudley West Midlands!!!😢
U guys always find something cool.
That was an interesting explore. Have to agree that it would have been an awesome pub back in the day. It's sad that they couldn't go back and save anything. Good on Neddy for having a hit on the drums.

Sorry I keep missing you guys live….but still loving the Haven! This is another excellent episode…nice pub! 😂
I’ve just been reading the all the terrible reviews of this place on google maps just before the fire happened. A great video as always guys 👍😎
We're about is it ???
@petekray2007 there is a massive clue like seconds into the video!!
I’m still trying to spot the pheasant and I miss Ned’s puffa jacket! 🤣🤣
Shame to see those drums wasting away in there. I say go back and get ‘em Ned
Six fire engines attended the fire on 20th July 2021 at 8.19 pm
This looks like another good one 😮😎
That was great 👍
What a shame especially with that beautiful view. Shame the drums are being left to rot. Nice to see ned again along with Steve too. Thanks guys. ❤
