13:07 That white Daihatsu was first registered in 1998. But it has never had an MOT, and is currently on SORN. So as new vehicles have to have an MOT from year 3, that vehicle could have been stood for 23 years potentially, unless it has not been driven on public roads since year 3. Sadly the DVLA does not reveal when the vehicle was put on SORN. Those four Land Rovers would be worth restoring, providing the chassis are still in good nick. The Body Panels are Aluminium I believe, and if the engines aren't totally seized, they could be worth a mint if restored to running order. Those three Reliant Scimitar's are collectors items now too, such a shame to see them rotting away like that. Love the Morris Marina Door Handles on em though. And that 'D' plate Silver Range Rover, first registered in 1987, is also on a SORN, now 36 years old. According to the DVLA, it has never been MOT'd, so I am wondering if all of this stuff belonged to a large country estate, and maybe the vehicles were only ever used on the estate, and not on public roads. Maybe the owners have died, with no descendants to pass everything on to. Or maybe they owed millions in taxes, and the courts took their possessions in lieu of payment. If that is the case, It could, therefore, be an old forgotten government auction house. But it looks like those vehicles haven't been touched for at least 20 years, and the overgrown state of the whole site would certainly back that up. Such a shame that it's all just rotting away, such a waste!
It's gotten to the point that Sunday's are not complete without a Vacant Haven video. I love all of the tour's you put out, and this ones included. So remarkable that there was power still on. This place was an amazing find. But...Whoever put that horrible wallpaper up and ugly paint just didn't have any talent for decorating. The massive amount of junk and valuable antiques on the property was incredible. It's like the entire house was put out in the yard or it was all collected. Green moss covered car's...wild, same with the boat. Thanks Eddy and Alex
The thing is with those Scimitars the body's were fibreglass, only bit to worry about for rust was the chassis. Restored they're worth a bit. Great barn finds
surprizing the number of classic land rover defender s that appear in some of these videos would have been nice if they had checked inside and under the bonnets of them
Amazing explore guys couldn't get over that awful flower wallpaper, and how many cars and antiques there was in the grounds, and be careful eddie don't touch any more light switches xxx❤
Well what a wonderful place! Even with the dirt dust and damage there is still alot of valuable items. I could be there for hours just looking through it. What a shame that it’s going to waste. Whoever ends up taking over the place will probably just trash it all because of the time it would take to go through it. Love your videos guys you always makes me laugh the way you banter back and forth. Wish you all well from the USA, be safe out there.
@VacantHaven Am doing good according to my oxygen nurse lol. Nah. I am doing ok. I am not grumbling. How’s you Alex. Lovely video. You two do work well together. Lots of nice in that place. Does seem a little odd it’s all still there. Or it’s just a pleasant local community there keeping an eye on it! Really enjoyed! 🤗💙🤗
Like most of the places we come across, it boggles my mind how these valuables just get left! Hope you have a good week and we'll be back next week Nanny! 😁👍👍👍
My wife and I regularly watch your explores on Sunday nights. You are in our top go-to list along with Adam Mark and Abandoned World. What we like about your videos is you don't waste time with 'paranormal' nonsense (ie, padding out a mundane explore with 40 minutes of 'hello, hello, is anybody there...')
I couldn't help but notice all the flexible metal ductwork!!! Loads!!! So sad all that really cool antiques getting destroyed. Another awesome explore!!
Hello Alex and Pompeye! What a place. So many antiques. Just crazy. The things you had to go through was mind blowing! Thanks for taking us along. How you didn’t get lost in all of that stuff outside is beyond me! 😊❤
Evening fellas. Did we miss the premier. No live text. I did laugh at you trying to open the box in the room. It was just the covering to the bulkhead to the stairs below. 🤣🤣🤣
Really enjoyed that one guy's a lot of priceless items there you wothink that some one would try and get them away in case they get stolen can't wait till next week guy's 🤙🤟🤙🤟🤙🤟
That wallpaper was crazy but unique.. those old houses in the UK are pretty cool and very decorated. In the States those old vehicles would be taken and restored
That is a lot of stuff in that other building too. I bet most of that stuff in there too I could figure out how to sell if I bought the place and clean that whole area out.👍
I’m amazed by these places. It’s as if they were organized at one point but, by the end, just walking in and tossing a piece of antique furniture on top of a pile. Awesome explore!
Hi guys I’ve watched quite a few of your videos now and I really do enjoy them. But I just want to say please don’t touch any of the electrical installations in these abandoned houses as they will most definitely be in a dangerous condition. I’ve worked on them. Stay safe guys and keep on with the videos 👍
Oh my God to much junk to much antique is alot stuffs beautiful property maybe 100 acres or more to much thank you so much for sharing it God bless both
What a great explore 🤩 that wallpaper was something else! Sad to see so many pieces of antique furniture and bits deteriorating in the damp … and those cars!! The Scimitars completely camouflaged in green algae looked amazing and definitely worthy of rescuing. Another brilliant explore Alex and Eddie 👍👍
Is Alex and Ed, alright you don't seem so cheery in that video ? The house is creepy and has bad vibes. Oh my dog that wall paper 🤣 I enjoyed the explore. I saw a few things I'd buy from his shop. Have to wait a whole nother week now. Have a fun and happy week 😊 love from nanny jackie 👵💖💖💖💖
Hi Jackie, I was all good, maybe the dark vibes took me over lol. Funny you mention that, I've had a few comments saying the house feels weird. Even Eddie said it. Oh well, leave the ghosties be that's what I think. Hope you're well 😁👍👍👍
@@VacantHaven I am well thank you and working hard at trying to look busy😀 Ghosts are ok I don't mind them but some are creepier than other's. It's the living that scare me 🤣 Have a happy, fun week, see you Sunday 💖💖
@daphnerosemoon9843 the living are definitely the ones to watch out for 🤣 glad you're good, and same time next week we'll have another tour for you! Hopefully not as creepy this time! Have a great week Jackie 😁👍👍👍
I cant believe how many Scimitar cars you have found on your jaunts, I remember these cars so well but they as I never noticed must of had a rubbish amount of break downs, unusual with the Ford engine mind, but I guess that's expected from a car made by Reliant.. Great vid as always chaps..

Those cars had the most convincing camouflage paint job ever.. Thanks Guy's !!
Moss green 😅lol
That bedroom wallpaper made me laugh out loud 🤣🤣🤣
The bedroom wallpaper was trippy 😳
It made me miss the old days when I knew how to adjust the color and brightness on my TV lol
All the rage, circa 1973 😊
I remember those loud wallpaper days, and usually the curtains were aswell 🤣
Must admit, I’ve never found wallpaper funny

That was amazing but the first house you were in I found it had very dark vibes, so much stuff and some unusual items, another great find guys 👍💞
I wonder where do you folks find all these houses? Amazing, that house has power coming in from the mains!
Spot on again lads
I couldn't help but notice all the flexible metal ductwork!!! Loads!!! So sad all that really cool antiques getting destroyed. Another awesome explore!!
To heat rooms from wood stoves. Move warm air around the house.
Having been to my fair share of sketchy places, that trailer is where you’d find a body. That whole property was spectacular. Awesome find, guys!
I love seeing nature taking it all back. Great video guys! 🤘🏻

I like all that nice furniture in that building. 👍
Those curtains are funky but nice.👍
This one gave me the eeebeeyjeeebeeys like something was gonna jump out at any minute. Grey vid as always 👍thank you
Definitely get the roof done and then fix the ceiling in that room. 😁
I’m amazed by these places. It’s as if they were organized at one point but, by the end, just walking in and tossing a piece of antique furniture on top of a pile.
Awesome explore!
I never saw moss grow on cars.Cooool
Another one of those places where if I could buy it I would come in, clean it up and live in it. 🙂
The lamp moved, o no haunted!
That is a really cool old Ford box truck.
Those cars looked them up they were made from 1964 to 1986 that is cool they stayed in business that long.👍
That is some headache wallpaper in that room but it does make it stand out. 👍

@@VacantHaven it's raining in Ireland so I have a few hours to spare but so far really enjoying it
Thank you for this explore. I am wondering why this estate was forgotten for this long time. Very creepy 👍
Brilliant find Guy's.. I think I spotted a Series 1 or 2 Land Rover which are very rare now. What an amazing , but tragic place..
Great show mates ,don't know where you find these places ,but keep up the good work look forward to Sundays and your video
Trop hâte de vous retrouver...du fin fond de mes Cévennes en France pour ces petites vacances avec vous

When Ed said "you can come out now kids",was brilliant, big up. 👍💯✨️💥
I love the art deco hints
Like you have already said - it’s a very strange place & atmosphere about it
Hi everyone. Happy Sunday
WoW what an amazing find,I don’t understand so how many things are left to rot, makes me so sad. Be very careful and be safe chaps.
That boat has been there a long time if it has had a tree growing up through it. 😁
That is a little mobile home.👍
Love your vids guys. Watching from Michigan usa.
Amazing find. So much stuff! That first warehouse building looked like a medieval barn with the slit windows and thick walls.
A lot of those items need to be in a reclamation centre.
Sad to see a lot of the antiques left.
Amazing explore as always Alex and Ed. X
That board is over the stairs case in the small room and the big bedroom with that wallpaper is the best 😂😂😂
Nice one guys Edd for P.M
wow thats an awesome find guys
😂 im definitely following because I also said "yeah that's a 3 outta 10" for the camper bathroom! Now im going to be saying that every time
When we were in England, we hit a few barns full like this. I bought a full bed frame pretty cheep. And it was so much fun looking around.
I would have all that furniture cleaned up in there and see if I could sell it if I did buy the place. 🙂
That box room box is above the stairs so I imagine it was for head room, Keep the vids coming Guy's
Yes I've seen rooms like that occasionally. Usually used for baby's rooms where they only need to have a cot rather than a bed.
Wow these places you find are amazing 👏 crazy how much stuff is left again . See u next Sunday alex and crew 🎉👋👊
