It worked then one day it stopped i tired reseting my phone and restarting nothing. It works when im not on the phone it use to while i was on the phone but not anymore
Command Stick is the perfect companion app for PIP mode. It allows you to control your media using a floating widget. You can scrub media and skip media without opening the notification shade.
This feature only works for few videos of youtube and only if you open settings app from notification panel when a video is playing, its totally depended on videos that youtube allow pip. (Works properly on The Deshbhakt channel videos)
Mine only ever works for Bailey sarian murder mystry and make up videos ..never anything else or any other of her content such as her history videos...im really confused and a bit annoyed as there is a lot of other vids i"d like to access in pip mode

Go to your app tabs and hold the youtube tab and its done.
Go to the recently used apps and press the logo few seconds after it shows drop here to open bring it to the meddle of the display, then u can use it like that

I have picture in picture enabled on everything and I still dont get the option. It only works for me on TH-cam and Twitch
You can try enabling the picture in picture option on the other apps.

Turn your Google Pixel 7 off, reboot it and check whether the problem has been solved. If not, make sure you've installed the most recent device software. If still unsolved factory reset your phone.
