      @NickDemski Suggestion for future videos? I suspect that many of your followers would be interested in seeing more about your life in Thailand or elsewhere in SE Asia and how your daughter is adapting as she grows. I often feel that the personal connection people will develop as a result of those types of vids will keep them actively following you. Just a thought.

    what a great video! another tip - I also land up saving up on unnecessary expenses like atm fees etc abroad - using apps like ATM Fee Saver - it helps find atms with no fees or lower fees than others along with withdrawal limits etc. worth adding to your list of tricks!

    Good to see you back onscreen. these 30 tips should be bookmarked by anyone that _Seriously_ travels. How long will you guys be in Phuket? As an update, we settled in on Da Nang, and will maintain Tangier as primary.
    You plan on giving us more Videos soon?

      @@NickDemski My Pain has to do with actually living somewhere, and not just visiting for a short/temporary time. 8 years ago I got a Malaysia MM2H (Malaysia My Second Home) residency. Which was great, until it wasn't. Malaysia decided to - as Darth Vader would say: "I have altered the deal, pray I don't alter it further." - change new and existing MM2H requirements a couple of years ago. Although they ultimately "altered the deal less", the mere fact Malaysia made changes caused nothing but distrust. If they changed it once, they could change it again. We had a condo in Johor, so between the pandemic and this MM2H revision, we sold at a loss.
      Our MM2H was issued out of Sarawak, and Sarawak did not alter the deal, but we - as city folk - really didn't want to live in the Jungle.
      Perhaps you could do a series on residency in other Countries for those seeking permanent/semi-permanent expat living? The good, bad, and ugly of such a strategy.

    I have been in the same spot all of my life. I have gone on a few cruises, and to England. I am on disability and have a fixed income. I want to be able to retire in another country in 2 or 3 years. Where should I start on your videos to learn? Can I take my income with me or do I have to stay in America?

    • @NickDemski
      @NickDemski  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You’d have to look into your disability and income programs to see where your physical location has to be in order to receive it. If your location doesn’t matter, then you can easily get your money abroad from your home bank account. I’d start with my videos about retirement and low cost of living destinations 🙏

    There's something no one talks about. If you haven't got your health you haven't got anything. So why does no one review health care facilities? Reviews are all based on unconfirmed input. Knowing people in the country is never looked into and that keeps a lot of people from even considering the countries,

    • @NickDemski

      I've never had any trouble with healthcare facilities around the world. I've been to the emergency room in Costa Rica, had dental procedures done in Thailand, and my daughter was born in China. Everywhere I've gone the healthcare has been solid; good hospitals exist all over the world.
