I have been there recently that if things are put away in my subconscious there must be a reason! Ive been thinking maybe its not meant to come out. Listening to Becky also say how addiction goes with mental health. I have been trying to explain to ADRS worker that its not about urine dips! Its about the core of the problem. No one wants to use mind altering substances if they are ok with their own thoughts! So good to have all you guys. Thank you Becky âĪ

By far the best podcast i have ever watched should be put on tv for the massive amount of people in scotland struggling with these issues and also give an insight into the family members why these people are going through what they are as people cant understand who arent expieriencing it ð i hope one day all these issuses are spoke about at government level but sadly i dont think it ever will well done to you and becky this one podcast can explain to the confused outside looking in what the root of the problems are very glad i found phonenix before it was too late and i hope many more do amazing well done ð
