side note: push does not ask for mails all the time, just keeps the connection open, so the server can tell the iphone on the REVERSE direction if there are new mails. Yes, correct, this uses more battery, but also allows for immediate mail delivery within (sub)seconds.

You mentioned pdf's which would be great for us seniors as a way to go back and refresh our memory about a subject. Where could I find them. You are correct when you said we may not be able to keep up with you BUT, pause ,continue and rewind a couple times has become my favorite friends while watching your videos which I don't mind but a pdf. sure would help in refreshing our memory later after we have watched all the videos. Cannot tell you how long I have been frustrated with swiping and having to deal with flag. Little did I know a few clicks could change the options !

When it comes to mail I don’t want to archive mail that I don’t want to read in the first place and there doesn’t seem to be a simple setting for always sending mail that I swipe to trash or hit select all and send everything to trash. Is there a way of doing that?
If it helps, you can use TH-cam's playback speed settings on a computer and slow it down to to 75%, 50% or even 25% speed. My Mom's from South Korea and having slow video speeds helps her understand someone speaking English super quickly. Hopefully that also helps anyone watching this video keep up with this video! 😊
My iPad and iPhone mail stopped synching. Sometimes it will but most of the time I have to delete the same stuff on both devices. Do you have a video or can make a video to help solve this issue? It’s not my internet connection so I’m stumped. Thanks! Love your videos
The calendar, notes and contacts attached to mail accounts has always been a confusing mess to me. I downloaded the outlook app for my new phone and it’s terrible. You’ve inspired me to revisit my choice :) Maybe one email account will do

Hi Gina, glad you're here! That appears when you're recording something on your screen - that's why it's there in our screen recordings - we're recording it so we can use it on the right-hand side of some of our videos. Nothing to worry about!

Hello D&D. Do you have any thought to why a Yahoo mail account only has the ‘fetch’ option. I have set up the top level to ‘push’ and the Yahoo default to ‘fetch’ automatically” There are times when email does not land on the phone for hours. Is there an alternative to setting up the account bypassing the internet Service Providers yahoo system?

Hi Brad, when you check your email on a desktop or web browser are those old emails still in your inbox? If so, it might help to delete them from another device.
