If you can prove through affidavits, receipts and plane tickets is that enough evidence or are photos mandatory?? I bought a camera just for photos and lost it on my trip😭 will these other means qualify? Will this be a issue or are the other documents sufficient enough? Thanks
In my case, the military man made a proxy while I was in my country and we had a long-distance relationship, he made the proxy to obtain military benefits, finally I was able to get to the USA to have a life with him (I arrived with a humanitarian visa) and he He never gave me stability, on the contrary he was super abusive towards me. He never did any ceremony nor did he make any adjustment of status for my residency, so I feel like I was the one who was deceived. Now I'm looking for these videos because I have no idea what I'm going to do, I have no money or lawyers and I just ran away from home and he was left like a king with all the benefits of a married soldier.

We're already married through Zoom and it's legally recognized in the state it was performed but my husband is having a hard time flying to where I am. Is it possible to fly to him instead on a K1 (or K3) visa so we can consummate the marriage in the US?
