For me the screenshot clarity took from my website/webshop at the heatmaps page of clarity is white, so I cannot see anything on the heatmaps. Do you know what can cause this? I tried a lot already.

what pro and cons compare Clarity with hotjar?

Personally at this moment in time I use Clarity on all my personal projects, including uxlab.academy. As I feel that the only differentiating factor is the price. I haven’t seen any major difference between the two to justify using Hotjar over Clarity. Data is accurate on both of them they are both easy to install and set up…so honestly I cannot justify or even recommend to anyone to use Hotjar over Clarity. If you want my honest opinion stick to Clarity is free it’s extremely well made and it gives you the data you need. And trust me I’m not a Microsoft fan at all, but this is that one product that the managed to do well 😅.
