  • Microsoft Clarity is a free heatmapping tool you can add to your website. You will be able to record how users are interacting with your site's pages through a variety of click maps, area maps, scroll charts and more. You can then use this data to make changes to the user experience to improve conversion rates. This video will show you how to install Microsoft Clarity with Google Tag Manager. Then give a high-level overview of what the tool can do.
You can sign up for Microsoft Clarity here: clarity.microsoft.com/

Hey thank you very much for sharing.
Im a bit confused now with the heatmaps though.
When you hover with the mouse over the page that shows the scroll % you see this thin line that shows what % of users scrolled to that point.
On the left there are other markers with average fold, 75%, 50% etc.
But the mouse-hover line doesnt match these boxes on the left.
    Which one is correct?
For example the hover line shows 62% for the average fold box...

I have 1 gtm container that I'm using across 2 sites, and I'm only getting traffic from 1 of the 2. Any ideas why?

Sorry I don’t. Haven’t run into that issue before. How are your page load times?

I've heard Microsoft Clarity can slow your website down, is this true from your experience?

I know you went to great lengths to blur out private emails, but there is one email clearly visible at 00:05:24. Feel free to delete this comment whether you update the video or not. Cheers
