All in all Shoigu’s management of the logistics side of things has been very good. Russia alone is outproducing the entire west, how big a fail is that? Not of course….its the west that’s abysmal. Shoigu has long been thought to be a possible for higher government. This guy talks about corruption. The western MIC is nothing but and Ukraine is the home of corruption. These experts also never fail to mention the drone use against the Black Sea Fleet. Note: That chicken came home to roost in the Red Sea. The Russians captured one and gave Iran the low down and now the Houthis are using them…Oops! This just typifies the west….no thinking ahead…..we rely on sea power ….is this a good move, Russia moves things on land after all. I don’t doubt Russia is working on solutions, but the west have sown a wind and will be exposed to the whirlwind. All that low grade powers need is some of these then the US carrier fleets can’t come near!

This russo-ukrainian war is pointless in the sense that even if Russia (contrary to the assumption) manages to hold the occupied territories, they still have not managed to win them. According to international law (UN Declarations) it is forbidden to annex other country's territories, so these areas will never be recognized as Russian territories except by Russia itself (and possibly North Korea). The only way for Russia is for the UN Declarations to be rewritten or for Ukraine to voluntarily give Russia these areas (none of this will happen). The territories will continue to be Ukrainian illegally annexed by Russia which will therefore always have sanctions and trade boycotts from the West (formerly Russia's best customers). There will also always be fighting in the areas so Russia will always need to have a lot of its military resources placed in these areas. It will be very expensive in the long run for Russia to illegally try to keep the territories, and the question is whether the Kremlin (and the Russian people) have both the will and the ability to pay this price.

However, a routine cabinet shuffle in Russia is the end of their system of government! I love how they glossed over the fact that Shoigu has been appointed as the leader of security council and also how Zelensky has also shuffled his cabinet of got rid of key people. There's nothing to see here folks - only a slow a grinding war that's currently in Russia's favour.

If you're going to be anti-Russian, make sure your hostility is based on the reality. Find someone for whom the wish is not the father of the thought. Find someone who understands Russia and Russian concerns (whether they support Russia or not) and doesn't have such an absurdly hostile animus that it's impossible for them to do anything but feed prejudices subconsciously planted in our collective heads. When you look at how the Western economies have been hit by the boomerang sanctions, how the Western powers are rudderless, their leaders are unpopular headless chickens, have no reverse gear and their only strategy is the hope strategy and then look at Russia thriving and confident and more united than ever before, with more and more influence than ever and the West losing its influence incredibly quickly, doing straw-clutching programmes looking for bad things to say about the party that's running rings around 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 economically, militarily, diplomatically and geopolitically hoping that one day one of your dire predictions for Russia may actually happen makes you a laughing stock. It would be hilarious if the consequences of such ignorant stupidity were not so awful for Ukraine, USA, the EU and the UK, but that ignorance is the father of disastrous decision making
