My daughter and her bf came up from Portland over Labor Day weekend. They are vegan and I’m keto, so finding a satisfying restaurant for all of us can be a challenge. I can’t say enough about Cascadia restaurant! They loved the vegan foods, and I had a grilled chicken BLTA sandwich (minus the bun) that was fantastic!
Fun things to do? Hmmm...avoiding panhandlers and junkies when you go downtown. 2.) Go to Idaho where your money goes so much further....etc. etc. Washington is the 2nd worst state where your monies purchasing power was less. We come in at one dollar equals .90c in purchasing power, only California comes in worse at .88c! Even New York comes in at .92c. Idaho on the other hand comes in at $1.00 = $1.08 in purchasing power. Meaning in Idaho, your dollar has over 20% more value.
