- As someone who grew up playing the Complete Saga, it's interesting to see that they got original versions in the past that had some differences.
This is a compilation of videos that originally released in February 2024. It was also reuploaded to to one track being copyrighted. The video was listed for days but wasn't flagged until about an hour after it debuted.

Missed opportunity to call this video, "Every Difference In Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga: The Complete Saga"
The royalty-free music is so funny to me.
You never mentioned how in Lego Star Wars the Video game it has a character named ‘Darth Sidious’, but in Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga that Character is called ‘The Emperor’.
the encouraging music 💀
Another thing about Jango Fett, in the original game, he actually doesn't even jump. His "jump" IS his jetpack. He never had a jumping animation, just a jetpack animation. But what's cool about the original game is that Jango Fett can hover for an infinite amount of time. Where in TCS Jango and Boba can only hover for a few seconds until they drop down to the ground.
Not if stationary
@@devinthompson7143 Yes if you're stationary, I'm talking about hovering and MOVING around. In the original you can hover around infinitely, in TCS it lasts for a few seconds.
But on the other hand, Jango cannot fly over gaps like Astromech Droids including R2-D2, which always annoyed me in LSW1. Thankfully, they fixed that in both LSW2 and TCS with Jango and Boba Fett.
@@rainbowrunner1550 I don't remember that, but it was probably because the developers didn't want players going out of bounds, so they programmed Jango to just dropped to his death when hovering over long gap platforms.
Everything explained is definitely the ultimate breakdown of how it started vs how it’s going for a LEGO game that’s over 15 years old!
Looking back on the original games shows how good the graphics on Complete Saga were, especially in 2007 on the PS3.
This is the Complete Saga of your videos
The original trilogy has such nicer lighting and atmosphere than complete saga
Honestly after going back to the original 1&2 complete saga really is the definitive version. Even if some things are nicer in the originals.
You forgot the original death sounds for some characters in the original game like Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan, and Anakin.
Also, Darth Vader's lightsaber animations are different in the the original game than they are in TCS. In the original, his animations are identical to Anakin's lightsaber animations, but then they changed it in Lego Star Wars II.
Also, in the original game, Princess Leia's animations are identical to Padme's. Even her death sound is the same one used for Padme's death sound. Also Rebel Trooper's animations were identical to Captain Panaka/Royal Guard in the original game.
Other Differences:
- In Lego Star Wars 1, the music used for the Episode III levels was from the Original Trilogy, due to the Episode III soundtrack not being available during development. The Episode III music was added in The Complete Saga, but the Story cutscenes retain the Original Trilogy music.
- In Battle Over Coruscant in LSW1, Player 1 plays as the red Jedi Starfighter (Obi-Wan's), whilst Player 1 instead used the yellow Jedi Starfighter (Anakin's) in TCS.
- In the final cutscene of the Darth Vader level in LSW1, Anakin has a red lightsaber. This was changed to blue in TCS.
- In the opening cutscene of Rescue the Princess, the turbolaser cannon looks different in the shot when the Millennium Falcon is pulled into Bay 327.
- In the ending cutscene of Death Star Escape, Luke's reaction to Obi-Wan's death is different. In LSW2, his face indicates he is screaming, while he has a normal expression in TCS.
- In Escape From Echo Base, there's the room where you have to slide down the slope and activate buttons on the floor to open the door to the next room. When all the buttons are pressed in TCS, a clip of the door opening is shown, which was not in LSW2.
- In the opening cutscene of Betrayal Over Bespin, Han is wearing his Hoth outfit in LSW2 when he is frozen in carbonite. This was corrected in TCS, as he now wears his Skiff outfit.
- In LSW2, Boushh Leia wears her helmet by default when outside of the Jabba's Palace Story mode. This is no longer the case in TCS.
- Wicket and the other Ewoks can grapple like blaster characters in LSW2, something which is no longer true in TCS.
- Super Story completion awards the player a Gold Brick in LSW2. This is not the case in TCS, but it still counts towards completion percentage. Also, the text indicating completion of Super Story is slightly different between LSW2 and TCS. Using Return of the Jedi as an example, in LSW2, it says: "Episode VI: Return of the Jedi - Super Story Complete." In TCS, it instead says: "Return of the Jedi - Super Story Complete.
1:34 I always preferred Dexter’s diner, am I the only one?
Yoda chair, dex diner, and some of the original sound effects should’ve been in the complete saga :( (also you should add a counter for all the differences!)
I like the original Game 100% the whole thing it was fun still holds up to this day my dream is to get the game on steam as a stand alone release
Lego yoda death sound
Love your vids man
Nice
Background is pure silence
You should 100% do Lego Star Wars 2 and after that you should compare every difference between The Complete Saga and The Skywalker Saga
That would be a horrible comparison, as those are completely different games.
I will do a push up for how much likes i get
Record it
Wow ten
@@bluepterosaur i know that is too much push ups 😥
