the term quantum doesnt mean anything. you could just say ideas. even in the field, you can just call it physics. quantum isnt anything.
@@baplotnikquantum literally has a definition... and essentially it means the smallest amount of something. Quantum physics- atoms and sub atomic particals. And considering there is no unified theory that bridges the gap between quantum physics and classical physics on a macro scale... there is a purpose to distinguish between them, and the reason quantum mechanics exists - the mechanics involved at atomic and sub atomic scales are DIFFERENT. Yeah let's indoctrinate people to the point they don't question authority or have any independent thoughts. That's not education.
Don't be daft. Educating people to become critical thinkers that value objective scientific evidence is NOT indoctrination. A person that rejects science isn't an "independent thinker", that's an irrational idiot.
RitaVelveeta critical thinkers? How can anyone be a critical thinkers if they are considered daft for questioning what the mainstream calls objective?
Robert Rush Because questioning for the sake of questioning is stupid. Good questions come with scientific evidence of a possible contradiction - which is why people ask MORE questions the more they know, as opposed to being ignorant. Neil said his education system wouldn't have people making these questions because they would be smart enough to have the scientifical knowledge to know that these theories are bullshit.

"The internet landed in our laps without creating a curriculum that empowers you to know when someone online is full of shit". That is the most truth that has ever been spoken.
Critical thinking: that's what you use on the Internet and IRL to separate truth from bullshit.
It's called Bull Shit Perception or B.S.P.
I get that, but how can you distinguish between fact and bullshit when all information you're being fed is actual bullshit? There are countless children being taught nothing but bullshit these days and the ones that teach it pass it on as scientific fact. How can we expect them to make the distinction when they've been taught wrong all their lives?
I think this became or has become such a topic when truth/fact became subjective (aka alternative facts). We can all agree "oh sky is blue" and I can be that one guy "nah it's red." Sadly with enough influence and followers there's going to be others saying "red too."
Yeah it has been said before by others and is very true.
