I started a sticker chart for each month of Dopey training, one star sticker for every mile of walking or running for the month for July. Because who isn’t motivated by a sticker?!?⭐️

I love it that idea of doing 1 sticker for each mile - how cool will that chart look at the end of a training cycle!

Man, you girls inspire me! Every time I watch one of your videos, I just want to go for a run. I watched your videos while training for my first marathon. I always enjoy you all and appreciate the positive outlook on things. Glad I got to meet you all, and I hope to see you out there (in Disney) real soon!

Sorry our long run didn't go great - hopefully the next ones will be better! I love this quote from Alexi Pappas when it comes to training “When you’re chasing a dream or doing anything hard, you’re meant to feel good a third of the time, OK a third of the time, and crappy a third of a time. And if the ratio is roughly in that range, then you’re doing fine.”

Thank you for the tip on Journally
I do add notes in my training log. Didn't think about switching up the fuel for the full marathon I am training for and was going to stick with what I did for my 4 half's. Keep up the awesome content and great job sisters 🎉❤❤

I would say stick with it if it's still working - some people find they need to change it up when they get longer in distance. I like to experiment with different things along the way to make it more fun but also believe if its not broken don't fix it :) Great job with kicking off your marathon training - we are cheering you on from VA!

Stickers are the best…..at least when I can keep my actual 5 year old from stealing them 😂

I saw a Crowned Barbie at my last race too, but she didn't hear me say hi.

I love it! It's always fun to see others wearing crowned when out on a run or at a race!
