I saw in earlier videos you wearing them - can you share your thoughts. Do they work, do you recommend a brand, is there a better solution, etc. thanks and as always great inspiring video

Haven’t had much spare time to watch my favorite TH-camrs lately, really enjoyed this! I recently discovered that I run faster and harder with friends, but it seems like the work isn’t as hard. Can’t wait for the Savannah recap and hope you’re having a wonderful time at Wine & Dine! Looking forward to the day that I can get back to runDisney and more local races here in Virginia.
